I have been training here for over 2 years now and I can honestly say I have gotten more out of it than I ever could have imagined. I have taken classes with Simon, Adam and Sifu Paul and love them all. The balance of martial arts/self defence with a general sense of community, fun, friendliness and respect is perfect for me. I couldn't recommend the school more.

fabulous accommodation, fantastic food, varied and enjoyable exercise programme and plenty of walking in the beautiful Dorset countryside. Jules and Julie - you have maintained such excellent standards over the years and I was particularly impressed with the considerable thought you had put into ensuring that we were all safe in this global pandemic that is Covid 19 - personal labelled gym and fitness equipment, thoroughly sanitised and cleaned environment and more hand sanitiser than you can poke a stick at! Each time I visit I learn something new and I feel so much better - fitter and more focused on what to eat, when to eat and how to eat. This retreat is a million miles away from the usual boot camp retreats. I will be returning!

Well..what can l say!! Joining is one of the best things l’ve done! I looked at coming here a couple of years ago and l didn’t do anything then. I got injured and was out the gym for a very long time! Swimming wasn’t enough so l bit the bullet and did the 30 day trial...and have never looked back!! This place is awesome!! The coaches and members are so friendly and they make hard training fun. Coaches are awesome knowledgeable and so supportive and the social side is such a bonus! The change in me since joining both physically and mentally is amazing and my journey is still continuing. If you have any doubts about trying this place out....DON’T! Just go in and try it....it’s a different gym experience but you’ll love it.

Sandown Sports is a great sports facility within the grounds of Sandown Racecourse. We have an outdoor ski slope that offers club bookings, coaching, birthday parties and more on ski slopes, sledging and ringos. Within the club, we have a fully equipped gym, squash courts and a bar with an incredible view from our outdoor terrace.

My 8YO son had a really great time at Sandown’s Adventure Camp this summer - he went for 3 days and each day was packed with fun and adventurous sports and games. He was entertained, exercised and made new friends. The camp leader and the rest of the team inspired confidence and were charming and kept the kids’ attention. Big thumbs up from my son.
