Had such a fun experience here, staff were so lovely, Hannah went above and beyond with helping us when we got stuck, managed to escape with 1 min 58 seconds to spare, we paid an extra £1 each when booking to get a full pizza each and a drink which is amazing Would recommend to anyone!

Thanks for hosting us today for THE LIST - had so much fun and lots of really great puzzles. Our second visit having previously played witchcraft and wizardry and espionage (which is now the festive “the list”) Lots of laughs, great fun and some brilliant puzzles and room themes. Sheffield's newest live escape-the-room experience is open! Escape rooms are 'The Crystal Maze', but one room and you get an hour to complete it. This is a real welcome change to the endless padlocks-and-plywood I've seen with at other venues. We did the Deep Space Brig room and Liam has really put some thought into this, making use of technology and science into the puzzles as well as a good amount of code-breaking. It was enjoyable and challenging in equal amounts. Would visit again and would recommend.

My wife and I have done a few escape rooms now - mostly as part of a four-person strong group. We were warned that First Contact was a challenge but we had a go anyway! Our host Simon had not had the best day; all of his groups had failed the room, someone had broken one of his puzzles and he looked rather concerned we were going to add to that list! He said it was possible as a two, if we got a move on! It's hard to write without spoilers but this is one of the most fun rooms we've ever done. Hard? Yes. Interesting? Yes. Probably would have been less stressful with 4? Definitely. [Let's call it] Part III of the room added a welcome touch, that I've not seen before in an escape room. It has a bit of a Red Dwarf vibe to it that really worked for me. The theme was strong throughout. The puzzles are mostly non-linear, which will suit bigger groups well. I probably wouldn't make this your first ever room, as there are many puzzles to solve for the 60 min time limit. But I can see why people travel to come and play it. I certainly look forward to trying Hugh Dunnit next time we're back in Sheffield. Bravo.

The old factory, situated at the heart of Sheffield is a 4 storey former tools factory and office block and one of the few remaining buildings in the hands of the ZI soldiers. Absolutely THE best experience I have ever had! Running around a factory for hours, getting chased by zombies - what more could anyone want? The whole team was great and Gypsy was an amazing team leader! 100% want to do this again and visit the other sites around the country.
