Bellevue Park

During a recent stay in Aug 2017-my family went to Bellevue Park!!! As a child my parents always brought me to this park when we visited our family in the Soo! I wanted to pass on and share a tradition with my sons and hubby-feeding the geese and ducks-lol!! Always a fun experience for all and since my childhood they have like 4-5 play structures for children to utilize and have fun with! Back in the Day they used to have a Zoo on the premises but it is now a flower/garden conservatory area! All in all I love the location of this park and did not get to fully enjoy all of its beauty as we stayed by the play equipment! The paths along the river and through the park looked well groomed and next time for sure we will have to explore a little more!! Definitely worth a visit for all ages!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful walk through forest, bridges and along the water - how smart of the City of Sault Saint Marie to preserve so much green space and maintain it so well. Families walking, joggers and cyclists were talking full advantage of these paths on a sunny fall day.

This park is small but has a lot of offer. Great views of the waterfront. Big stage for live music. And honors a pioneer to boot. Nice to walk around and look at the ships and the ducks.
