At my home, you’ll learn about the history of rum & take part in a rum punch competition.DJ Snake Oil (my husband Keith) keeps your hips swinging from the moment you arrive with pulsating Caribbean rhythms. Also learn about how breadfruit came to the Caribbean & the origins of our traditional dish “Souse”. You’ll take home unforgettable memories & also an e-copy of my book, “Treasures Of My Caribbean Kitchen”.

Art Ventures is about new guest activities that are centered around creativity. Some tranquil and low key activity based retreats and a unique escape away from the city life. Our cooking school gives visitors to our beautiful island a very hands-on experience to our Barbadian culture. Guests will learn how to prepare one of three of the island's most popularly enjoyed dishes. We hope that this cooking experience will allow them to feel like one of us. At the end, each person will have the recipe to take back home with them so that they can whip up this learnt meal for their family and friends as they share their fond memories of their experience here in Barbados.
