Royal Tunbridge Wells is a large affluent town in western Kent, England, around 40 miles (64 km) south-east of central London by road and 34.5 miles (55.5 km) by rail. The town is situated close to the border of Kent with East Sussex, and is situated upon the northern edge of the High Weald, whose sandstone geology is exemplified by the rock formations at the Wellington Rocks and High Rocks.

Took my Mum for an afternoon of beautification on a most horrendous rainy day! What a treat to be able to spend it here. It was our first visit and we were very warmly welcomed by Sue, Grace and Kelly who were our therapists. Mum and I both had the Vinoperfect Radiance Facial with myself the added Pure Indulgence. My Mum followed this up with a mini pedicure and Reiki healing and I had a Reflexology session with a lady called Caroline who was fabulous. The treatment rooms were beautifully warm and welcoming, my Mum who has mobility problems had no issues getting on and off the treatment bed. The team were very accommodating, attentive and engaging which made the whole experience very special. Mum was also able to purchase some Caudalie products which we took home. The grounds are also very pretty and definitely deserve a return visit in the Summer. Would highly recommend a visit. Thank you all for a lovely afternoon of pure indulgence.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to this day spa. I felt completely pampered after having a full body massage and facial with Lucy. She talked to me about any problem areas before starting the massage and worked hard to resolve those areas - the pressure was just right and the environment was really relaxing, with a heated massage bed and lovely music to listen to. I'll definitely be going back to see her again soon!

Absolutely loved my Swedish massage recently at The Massage Company - Tunbridge Wells. I had Jamie and he was so friendly and professional, checking how the pressure was and making sure I was always comfortable. I upgraded to the scalp massage for £7.95 (definitely worth it). My back and shoulders have been pain free and I have so much more mobility ever since. Thanks so much - I'll be back soon.

Great stay at The Spa Hotel. Warm welcome. Great service. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean hotel. Stayed in a deluxe cosy room with my husband. Amazing cooked breakfast included in the room rate. Wonderful aromatherapy full body massage (additional charge). Best I've had. Easy check in and out. Shame they don't have a Jacuzzi and the sauna isn't unisex though. Would recommend this hotel. Great location for town centre.
