Santiago was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He coordinated drop off of the bikes at our Airbnb in the afternoon and was super easy about picking it up from where we were at in town later in the evening. Riding the e-bikes were a great way to experience the different areas in El Calafate that would have been too much to walk. Santiago provided a map with different areas of interest which we were able to ride to. Having the e-bikes were super helpful for going uphill and on the unpaved roads. After a long day of riding, our legs felt great!

I bought a Calafate Airport Transfer on Trip Advisor when I booked my hotel. Upon my arrival at the airport, there was no sign of anyone to greet me. I found the Translados window and presented my ticket. I was informed that it was no good, and anyway it was only for hotels along the main downtown street, and that my hotel didn't qualify since it was adjacent to, but not considered in, the downtown area. So I ended up hiring a private taxi which was and added expense, but which got me to my destination.

Alex was fantastic in arranging my transport meds from El Calafate to El Chalten in private car. It is a trip that you can enjoy in the front row. from 06:00 am, to go to the border crossing Don Guillerno river, Cerro Castillo, where customs processing and migration is carried out to move from Chile to Argentina. On the way we will arrive at the slope of Miguez, at approximately 11:00, it is possible to appreciate a beautiful view of Lake Argentino and Mount Fitz Roy. Upon arrival at El Calafate, we have 10 minutes so that passengers can rest from the trip either by having coffee or using toilets. We continue traveling for approximately 1 hour and a half to reach Los Glaciares National Park. The entry per person. Passengers will have the option of navigating the Lake Argentino by catamaran, approaching in front of the Glacier it is possible to observe the constant landslides of ice over 70 meters high.

After some unfortunate course of events at a different venue we were directed to MotoTravel touring and there we were helped fantastically. They went out of their way to provide us with a bike and went above and beyond to make our trip more comfortable and memorable. That was not the end of our misfortune, as after some driving a screw punctured the back tire. MotoTravel Touring mobilized immediately to come offer us support and helped us excellently once again, and fast too. We've had nothing but good experiences at every stage, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Fun day! The hike was fun and once we were at the top the views were amazing. It was a long drive from El Calafete but our guide was terrific providing a lot of great history and info. The 4x4 part of the excursion was a bit misleading as there was not a true 4x4 adventure as we were expecting (four wheeling) but rather a 40 min ride in a van over some rough terrain to get to the start of the hike. Overall we would do this trip again!
