Nabin and his team have created something really special here. Anahata is a beautiful space for yoga and massage. I highly recommend Nabin’s deep tissue massage. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge and can gently and intuitively find pressure points and release tension. He literally melts the knots of your muscles. The atmosphere is respectful and serene and the space is immaculately clean and peaceful.

Been taking Bella's beautiful yoga open level class. Her class is so fab, great direction, energy, she sings to us, she uses music in her classes and you really feel her passion for the practice. I leave with lots of good positive feelings and always lighter than when I go in. Love it, lovely studio!
