I have been using this gym now for over 5 years and think they offer the best range of classes in Dublin and most definitely the best spin classes by some margin. Andy and his team make sure you do all the exercises correctly and safely whilst making sure you push yourself to achieve your fitness and health goals.

Mark Twig

I have been trained with Ballymaloe Cookery school.  After this, I became a teacher. While doing this I became a brewer and now I am a farmer with a passion for fermented foods and cured meats. I got to love all this more through the pleasure of mindful activities and meditation. With Ireland being such a small place I've made friends all around the country who I want you to meet. And we can add in a bit of fun, banter, and consciousness while we are at it.
