A typical surf lesson is organized according to the student's surf skills and previous surf experience meaning we will split a larger group into smaller subgroups with different coaches and lessons goals. Each surf lesson has a duration of up to 90 minutes in the water plus around 30 minutes warm-up, theory and sand practice. Lesson location will be most probably at Praia da Rocha if Nov. to April or most probably at the west coast surf spots if May to October. You have plenty options to choose from in order to match your needs: Group lessons, Private lessons,Private coach, Single lessons or Packages of lessons. All surf gear is included
