Singed up for a 3 day private tour from (Salar de) Uyuni, through the dessert and dropping me in Chile, San Pedro de Atacama. Jose in the office was great, answering my endless questions and the tour with Maribel and Ariel was perfect. I had the experience of a life time and saw the most beautiful landscapes I had ever seen. Everything was perfectly organised incl hotels, food etc. I had the best time ever!!

We could not go because of our work, and gave this company 4 weeks' notice that we would not be able to travel due to our work. Of course, it was also unsafe to travel and our flights were all canceled as well due to COVID. We would not be able to use any vouchers due to the nature of our work and unpredictability of our schedules. Perla de Bolivia originally said they would refund us the entire amount, and then reneged on their promise. They are the only tour operators to do this and we found it shameful they will not offer us a refund despite COVID and our work.
