McIntyre Bluff

Reviewed By Trumpetguy1

Had a great time hiking up to McIntyre Bluffs this August. There is parking and trail access, starting at Covert Farms. The trail takes you up a gradual, 300m rise passing by Rattlesnake Lake as you ascend to the bluff. You have an excellent view of Oliver to the south, and Okanagan Falls once you arrive at the top. If you're hiking in the summer, take some water with you as it can get warm on the trail. Well worth the hike!

My title of this review says it all. The owner is the one who helped us out and was great. The red wines are what we tried and they were amazing and priced great.

NK'MIP Canyon Desert Golf Course

Reviewed By CatMason - Victoria, Canada

Wow! A little piece of paradise. Moderately challenging course! Par 5 on the front 9 plays like a par 7! All in all a great course. Well manicured greens and fairways. Watch for rattlesnakes who seem to share the love of the lush green fairways. The staff were wonderful. The carts are all spanky new. No GPS but all of the other swank (ball wash, cooler, divot repair, tees). Be sure to pic up the map with tips for the course if it is your first time. Such amazing scenery. Thank you for a beautiful day on the course!

We can't say enough good about this little ski hill. Great terrain, friendly officiant staff AMAZING snow! Never any lift lines...it's really a skiers dream come true. It's also an excellent affordable family mountain offering ski/snowboard lessons on their quaint little bunny hill. The roads up are always well maintained making for easy travel up. About 30 mins drive from The Coast Hotel in Oliver B.C. Please do yourself the service and visit this mountain. You won't be disappointed.

Fairview Mountain Golf Course

Reviewed By boblinner - Regina, Canada

I played the course April 2..even though it is a late spring the course was in excellent shale, very enjoyable and fair to play, interesting and challenging holes. The staff were very helpful and pleasant ( I remember Rob for one). It was my first visit to the area and will be back...I had heard good things and all I heard was correct...would highly recommend the course.
