In this private food/wine tour we will focus on Portuguese gastronomy, but you will learn a lot about our culture, pronunciation and behavior, which makes us unique. You will visit the temporary Bolhão market and several food spots and tascas (traditional stores), while get in contact with the locals. You will get to know the stories behind these dishes: the legend of the "tripeiros", name given to the porto inhabitants; you will learn how "francesinha" is made, that "caloric bomb" that you should not miss and the tasty codfish recipes, so important in our culture.
