We had great trip to Vietnam thanks to the great customer service provided by Custom Vietnam Travel and all of their staff, especially Liliana Pham. We were two couples who decided to make the trip after many months of planning with the help of Liliana. The first stop in Hanoi was excellent with good accommodations and everything was open. One highlight was the cooking class we took that introduced us to fresh Vietnamese cooking and shopping at the markets. We also took a day trip to Tam coc which was great. We then went to Halong Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Danang and Saigon. On each step of the way we dealt with Liliana who made sure our trip went smoothly, despite the difficulty of travel during the threat of the Covid-19 virus. She helped us re-arrange our itinerary and had incredible patience as we substituted a few new activities. We particularly loved Hoi An with its colourful atmosphere and fantastic restaurants and scenery. Our drivers and tour guides were all very helpful and courteous and definitely helped us get the most our of our trip. Liliana even managed to get us on a different boat for the trip up the Mekong Delta and we ended up with the boat to ourselves! Since our trip was cut short (we did not make to Cambodia), Liliana arranged for the company to reimburse us for the lost portion of the trip. Overall, I would highly recommend Custom Vietnam Travel and their representatives like Lilana who clearly go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude and also pride in the rich culture of their country.

We chose Mr Linh's based on our friends' recommendation. The replies from the agent were prompt, and it was easy to make changes or ask questions. Our itinerary was fairly straight forward, and you can check all the accommodations as they provide an itinerary with links to hotels and homestays. Both our guide and driver were excellent. At all times we felt safe when Mr Long was behind the wheel. Mr Son was very knowledgeable about the area, and he also picked up quickly our favourite dishes and our average hiking/trekking speed. We did a 9D/8N trip, and had to do small changes along the way (like skipping motorbike riding as it was a rainy day going from Ha Giang to Dong Van, and then staying one extra night in Dong Van waiting for the rain to stop). The changes were not an issue to Mr Son. We had a small misunderstanding, but even that was duly noted and communicated to us. We went to places where there were no other tourists, and it was really wonderful to enjoy the fresh air, amazing sceneries, colourful tribes and see people at their daily chores. Our itinerary was Hanoi-Hoang Su Phi-Ban Phung-Ha Giang-Dong Van-Cao Bang/Quang Uyen-Ban Gioc Falls-Quang Uyen-Hanoi. To see the rice fields in full colour, I would suggest going latest early October. Around mid-October a lot of the rice had already been harvested, but still plenty being harvested by the locals, mostly women. I would strongly recommend Mr Linh's for travels to Northern Vietnam.

Duc was our tour guide. He is the B E S T! A hardworking, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, considerate and most of all a truly fun guide! Duc was our tour guide from 7 March to 17 March. Doc toured us around the old quarter and the French quarter in Hanoi, sailed the breath taking Halong By & our 3 days in Sapa were we slept on top clouds in Sapa was magical. If you are thinking of going to Vietnam, I highly recommend Duc as your tour guide. You can’t go wrong. He will definitely make your trip a memorable one!

The tour itself was incredible; we went on the Stellar of the Seas boat for a 3 day, 2 night cruise. The boat was beautiful and their staff was lovely. But this review is for the tour company that booked the cruise (Halong Bay Tours) - NOT the cruise itself What I liked about the tour company: - professional & polite, even with irate customers (me...prior to booking) - provided many options for tours to suit our needs. I emailed them stating what we were looking for and they replied with various options. Other companies that I emailed did not do this to the same standard What I did not like: - more expensive than booking through the boat company directly - took longer to reply to emails (a 72 hour window to reply was what they told me) - were sent the wrong itinerary - were given the wrong cancellation policy on 3 separate occasions prior to booking . Only after I paid in full and enquired about possibly canceling, did they tell me they made a mistake. This could have resulted in a very costly error for us. I would recommend using this company if you are unsure of what boat to take and just want it all done for you. If you know the boat you want, I would book directly through the boat. Booking directly through Stellar of the Seas would've been cheaper and they replied to my emails the same day with accurate information.

The visit to Cu Chi Tunnels was very interesting. Our guide Lana, who is motivated and speaks gut english, showed us and explained a lot of interesting facts. I can´t say anything bad about the bus or the driver. I really recommend this tour. Thanks Lana!

Had an amazing time at the street food tour conducted by Little Tea. The guide was a young college girl Hannah who was very polite and suave. She took us around Little District of Hanoi where we tasted Banh My, Beef in Papaya salad, various preparations of noodles,dessert and egg coffee. She knew her way around the small alleys of Hanoi.Would definitely recommend it
10. Full Day Tour To Trang An Complex & Bai Dinh Temple
Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, recognized by UNESCO as a mixed natural and cultural property at the 38th session of the organization’s World Heritage Committee in June 2014, is must see destination in Vietnam. The complex includes three adjacent parts, Vietnam’s old capital of Hoa Lu, Trang An – Tam Coc – Bich Dong natural scenes and the Hoa Lu primitive forest. 8:00 AM Meet tour guide at your hotel and depart for Ninh Binh province (2,5 hour-driving). Our first stop is Bai Dinh Pagoda the biggest pagoda in South East Asia with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight. Bái Dinh pagoda is young in Vietnam, but its peace and power are very strong. The 11th United Nations Day of Vesak Celebration is held in Bai Dinh Pagao. This event attracts buddhists from at least 95 nations and regions. In the late afternoon, we drive back to Hanoi. We arrive the hotel in Hanoi at around 17:30hrs.
