This spa goes the extra mile to ensure their guests are fully taken care of. I recently booked 2 treatments at the Christienne Spa. It's clean, bright, and offers sweeping views of the US and Canadian falls. You can relax and take in the sites while enjoying a specialty tea or hot chocolate. I arrived on Friday night and had a 55 min Stress Relief massage booked and enjoyed it thoroughly. Ivo, my massage therapist was professional, knowledgeable and shared some great health tips with me. From the moment you enter the spa, you feel welcomed. Emma at the front desk remembered me from my previous birthday spa visit and is so kind and professional. I advised her that I was returning Sat morning with my mom who is 73. My mom has mobility issues and various health concerns. I wanted to have the experience of a pedicure together coupled with the beautiful serenity of the falls view. I was concerned that my mom may not be able to climb up into the Pedicure chair due to her limitations. Emma was so kind and advised we could take the time needed to make my mom comfortable. Our morning pedicure was perfect! Our technicians Val and Liz were exceptional. They had a step put out for my mom and helped her into the chair, with ease and kindness. They added pillows behind her back for extra comfort and a hot pumpkin spice tea to enjoy. The foot and leg massaged coupled with the warm Paraffin wax treatment was heavenly. My mom keeps telling everyone it was the best pedicure she's ever had :)

Fantastic! We got the couples relaxation massage and aroma facial treatment and both treatments were great! Both of our masseuses were very professional. The product line they use was so nice especially for my sensitive skin. My husband had never had a massage before and now he wants to get one regularly!

The clinic has moved and tons of work has been put into the new location and it shows! It's beautiful, welcoming and very clean. Christy is always friendly and easy to talk to, she makes you feel comfortable as soon as you open the door. Having a lot of medical issues I see her every month or two to help reduce my pain and it always works wonders. There are many services and you can combine some services for the best result. Christy is knowledgeable and will give you suggestions and advice for how better to care for your body and reduce pain. I have always been very nervous getting massages and my anxiety has always gotten in the way but not anymore! You won't regret making your first appointment!

While in Niagara Falls, I visited Five Lakes Spa for a much-needed spa relaxation. After speaking to the receptionist, I chose the Stress-Fix Body Experience. I’m so grateful for Kaitlyn as my aesthetician—she did a wonderful job with the head-to-toes treatment, including the mani/pedi add-on. I LOVED the steam shower and my skin was incredibly soft at the end of the treatment. The Aveda products chosen were super luxurious. I plan to visit again and will definitely return to Five Lakes Spa. From the moment I arrived until the time my treatment concluded, it was one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever had. We had the spa package as a 50th birthday trip for my husband including 2 couples massages. Aileen was great at getting out hubby's tough knots. Sandals, robes and lockers were provided on arrival along with access to showers and saunas in separate dressing areas. The comfortable waiting area included a fireplace and a selection of hot teas and fruit infused water. Our massage beds were nicely heated and our therapists were all excellent. Thank you to Leslie, Sandra, Shereen and Aileen.
