Took the opportunity whilst staying at Ivy Lodge to go to the glassworks and make some glass ornaments. There are several glass-making things you can try. Book in advance, because it seems popular, even in winter. The owner and staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the whole experience fun.

The shop is well set up. There are so many items to choose from it's difficult to make a decision. They can tell you what type of materials are used, the background of certain items. Good price range. Netsukes, knives, jewelry, carvings, guitar picks and so much more. Take some time to really look. Shop is small and so many items!

this place has very beautiful photos by famous photographer Onne van der Wal. It's a great spot for special gifts or little treasures for the wall or coffee table or even coasters and mugs and ornaments. Posters! giant canvas prints. It's a visual journey!
