Used shuttlemate for a few journeys whilst in Sydney. There was great communication about the car & driver picking us up. The cars were clean and comfortable and the drivers great. I had to change one of our pickup times at very short notice but this was no problem to reschedule. Would definitely use them again.

We used LuxCar for transport from Sydney Airport to our downtown hotel, then again from the hotel to White Bay Cruise Terminal to start our cruise. Our driver, Austin, was extremely courteous, personable and helpful, from meeting us in the arrivals to helping with the luggage and providing excellent information about the areas we drove through and some tips on places to visit while in Sydney. We liked him so much we requested his services for our trip to the Terminal. The fact that he showed up to drive us in a Maserati Quattroporte (my wife's dream car!) was a real bonus! We had to make a last minute change to our pick-up time for the trip to the White Bay, and LuxCar went out of their way to accommodate us. Excellent and timely communications were a real plus!

We booked The Limosine Line for airport transfers, Rita picked us up and Iven returned us home in their beautiful Tesla vehicles. It was a pleasure to travel with The Limosine Line. They were on time in immaculate vehicles. Rita answered all my son's questions about the car and provided us with a lovely start to our brief holiday, Iven brought us home in comfort. When our flight was delayed, I advised them, and they adjusted their schedule accordingly, no problems. It was so good to leave all the details to someone else and not have to worry about taxis, uber's or various changes on crowded public transport with luggage, or the tiring process of having to make numerous transfers on the way home after a a huge weekend. The Limosine Line service was seamless, door to door professionalism.
