Flight Deck Brewing opened to the public in early 2017, with the drive to provide greater-Brunswick with a destination brewery, casual social gathering space, and family-friendly venue for building our community. Located in the former Small Arms Range of the Brunswick Naval Air Station (now Brunswick Landing), our Tasting Room was named "Best in Maine" by Down East Magazine. Our mission is to create beer and wood-fired pizza that refreshes, and sustains the hardworking body and mind. As a result our farmhouse ales and kitchen focuses on the honesty of the product, variability of the seasons, locality and purity of the ingredients. Located in the historic midcoast Maine village of Waldoboro. The newly renovated 1820’s barn which houses the brewery and tasting room, and our new wood-fired kitchen are all surrounded by 22+ acres of gardens and forest and offers visitors a beautiful rural setting to gather and celebrate. We grow a variety of hops, fruit, herbs and even vegetables all for beer and pizza production, ingredients not produced on the farm are sourced locally within the state, so as to capture an unique Maine food and drink experience.
