Our 1st time In the games room so didn’t no what to expect and we both thought it was brilliant. Had a fab time it was really exciting I think we have the bug will definitely do more and recommend it. The staff were great Clear instructions and really got into character. I can not recommend Twinlakes more not just the games rooms but the whole park. There really isn’t anywhere like it and it’s a complete bargain if you get a annual pass. There really is something for everyone all in one place.

Such a amazing experience me and my group went twice because we loved it so much! The village was the favourite of the night for us all! Highly recommend this park more then other attractions! Awesome place

Our party of six arrived about 30 mins before the start and got kitted up. We were provided with sanitised helmets and waterproofs to drive in which did an ok job but you'll still get wet if it's raining. They've bought all new karts which were about 3-4 weeks old at the time and in good working order. We opted for 2 x 23minute sessions which had a 15 minute session in between for another group and all ran smoothly. We got print outs of our lap timings which were accurate and the track layout is good with some good straights and challenging corners. We didn't experience any rudeness / dogs on the track / poor condition karts or long waits between races and left the track happy customers.

The Cafe has been open and serving drinks and a choice of food to customers sitting at tables spread around the lawn for months as the current situation is not a problem.
