I found the Fitzrovia Spa and Massage by chance - and it is the best find. I have been 5 times since the beginning of this year. I went with severe knots in my shoulder and a lot of lower back pain. Lubinca is amazing she has made it easier for me to sit at my desk again and I keep going back every 8-10 days as it is really helping me. I definitely recommend it. I go to the Fitzrovia location and have been to several different places before but this is perfect. Clean, friendly staff, excellent treatment and just a great atmosphere.

This is one of the nicest lush shops we have visited. My daughters love the brand so we are often visiting them when we see one in a city. My daughter was in spending her pocket money when she realised she was 50p short for her product as I was about to get her the money. Bert who was servicing us told us to wait one minute while he got something. He came back with a bigger version of the product she wanted and gifted her it. It was such a kind gesture and one my daughter won’t forget about her first trip to London. Kindness really does create great memories and is something not no matter how big or small makes an impact on somebody. Out of the entire trip my daughter is most excited about the kindness Bert showed towards her.

I had wanted to try this place for a while but today I was feeling a bit tense with neck and back issues and stressed and a friend suggested I book in for a massage. Online booking system is fantastic where I could book treatment with chosen therapist. And managed to get a treatment same day which was a huge relief! Straight into waiting area with refreshments and therapist soon came to collect me. I had a massage with Roman - one of the best, most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Would certainly recommend him and this place for relaxation and anybody in need of Swedish or sports massage. Reasonable prices for London too.

I had a deep tissue massage with Kin, which was really helpful and amazing. I highly recommend this place, because they are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I also booked couple of sessions for tense muscle, and he gave me a ver good background on what is happening with my health.
