Brilliant couple of hours tuition with Anne Rebecca who was an excellent instructor - very personable, great encouragement for the kids and really good instruction/feedback all round for improving the technique. Also really helpful guidance on a few rock climbing routes later on in the day. Thank you! Great day out.

We visited with a 10 year old and 4 year old. They had an instruction session with Louise who was very patient with both girls and encouraged them to achieve a great deal. An excellent activity and there will be a return visit.

Highland Cinema

A state of the art independent boutique cinema and café bar in Fort William, in the heart of the Highlands of Scotland. Hollywood blockbusters, Scottish Classics, Event cinema, live music, fine Scottish food and drink selection, cosy wood-burning stove and more! A great destination come rain or shine.

We are locals and have seen 3 films and 1 theatre stream. The screens, seating and sound are excellent. It is still worth paying for the big screen experience. The quirky new building design from the Lotus Elan seats to the clean, themed , toilets shows great attention to detail. There are black and white photos of local characters on the walls. This is certainly not corporate cine world in a city! The local theme extends to the cafe. They serve local draft beers, pizza and burgers with excellent friendly staff. The pizza deserves a special mention. I can honestly say that they are the best pizzas I have ever eaten( my worst was in Milan!).They have a special oven which toasts the base and imaginative toppings. They project old local black and white films onto the cafe wall on a loop which is great entertainment and education on local culture. We have been twice to the cafe and the standard is consistent. Well worth a visit if you are a visitor and used to city cinemas. This is the next level up!
