Shemshak ski area is the third biggest in Iran behind Dizin and Darbandsar. The 2x chairlifts (2 seats) starting from the village serve the summit. From the top, you can access several slopes with varying difficulties. 2x ski lifts also reach the summit. A small ski lift in the village is dedicated to the beginner area. The ski resort offers numerous off-piste trails, reachable straight from its top.

Yam ski resort is one of the oldest ski resorts of Iran & Middle East.There is near Tabriz city and beautiful place for outdoor activities for tourists. A lot of tourists look for ski resort at winters and yam is the best place for them. Also yam caravansary is located near highway with 550 years old building (ancient heritage).

The ski resort Shirbad is located in Mashhad Province (Iran). For skiing and snowboarding, there is 1.1 km of slopes available. 1 lift transports the guests and 1 snow cat. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 2400 m and 3,200 m. Alongside, there is a fantastic restaurant placed and offer a variety hot&cold drinks and homemade foods.
