Alto do Cebreiro

Reviewed By hans-jaguar - Santa Comba Dao, Portugal

This typical village is located on an altitude of almost 1300 meters, and is so a natural border in between Galicia and Castilla Léon. From here you are able to enjoy some wonderful panoramic views, there is also an old church, for people who love to walk they can enjoy a short walk around who is need, and you also can have some food, we went to eat for instance in the house “Casa Carolo” on the street border with place where you can park the car, nice food for a nice price.

Monte Santa Tecla

Reviewed By dedhamfoodie - Pompano Beach, United States

Fairy tale scenic views of river and ocean, Portigal and Spain plus restored ruins of ancient Celtic village. Some tourist gift shops on top. Make sure to avoid on windy and foggy days to get teh best views. Drive slowly as there is no safety barrier on most parts of the slinging road. Plenty of parking space at thre edifferent spots. Two affordable restaurants with views on top.
