Sigi Kolbe, is the owner of Urban Zen Yoga in Swakopmund. Sigi, is a certified Yoga teacher (CYT) and a Graduate Member with diploma of the British School of Yoga (BSYG Child Yoga) and has completed the Rockstar Teacher Training offered by Sadie Nardini. She has practiced and taught Yoga for more than 17 years and offers Yin Yoga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga. Sigi has diplomas in General Nursing, Midwifery and Intensive Nursing Sciences and is a registered member of the Health Professional Councils of Namibia (HPCNA). Om Shanti
