Par 3 P & P Gualta

The PAR 3 Pitch & Putt Gualta has 18 holes with distances between 70 and 120 meters and is considered an ideal course for beginners as well as for experts golfers who want to improve their short game and have fun with friends . In the course there are different areas that will test the skills and abilities of golfers. At the beginning we find an area of pine and oak trees, with narrow streets demanding technique and concentration. Then find a water area in which the player will have to refine the precision: a challenge that will surely make these hits the most memorable of the journey. The last part of the course, with lakes in play in few holes, is an easy part, ideal for enjoying a peaceful end of a fun golf journey.

Golf Platja De Pals

Golf de Pals is a real golf pearl, located 1.5 hours drive north out of Barcelona Airport. Many national and international major competitions have been played here. The course is challenging, fun and suits both the professional player and the average golfer. Several of the holes are surrounded by pine trees that give a lovely room feel and strategic thinking is rewarded. It is a short way from green to the next tee and the course is flat and you easily walk 18 holes in 4 hours. After the golf round is completed, a visit to the club's restaurant is recommended, where good cooked food is served. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I visited Golf de Pals in March last year with a group for the thirteenth time and at the end of March / April this year we are going back again. Golf de Pals a real gem.

Club De Golf TorreMirona

Reviewed By GillyBilsland - Oxted, United Kingdom

Have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Torre Mirona Resort. Our friends son was getting married there so we combined it with a golfing break. Where to start : Hotel is in a wonderful setting at the foot of the Pyrenees. The ground floor rooms have just been refurbished and were great..large, spotless and comfortable with views over the golf course or the garden and pool. The hotel lounges are great, lots of space with wonderful view over the golf course. Staff are so polite and helpful. Could not fault it. Restaurant: we were booked for bed and breakfast. Again the restaurant has the most wonderful views. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the golf course and Pyrennees was wonderful and the choice of food amazing. We ate in the restaurant the whole time we were there (Thursday to Monday). Arrived Thursday and had a romantic dinner that evening ... Food was exceptional and the sunset was wonderful. By Friday afternoon lots of other guests arriving from the UK for the wedding so a lazy lunch on the terrace. Restaurant staff were amazing ... Simply not fazed as more and more people joined us for lunch. Great menu with lots of lovely tapas and salads. Similarly in the evening with a table of 15, staff were efficient, and all the food arrived on time and the wine flowed. Such fun and really reasonable. We paid 33euro each for three courses, and that included a bottle of excellent wine, and a glass or two of cava! Golf : really lovely golf course. We had a buggy which I would recomend if you are playing in the middle of the day as it does get hot out there. Plenty of people walking the course in the morning or late afternoon. The course is in excellent condition, narrow fairways , quite a bit of water and those views again. I am relatively new to golf but managed pretty well. My husband is a good golfer and he really enjoyed the course and is thinking of returning with his golfing pals as it was so good. Wedding : this was the best wedding we have ever been to. Ceremony was in the garden with the Pyrenees as the backdrop followed by a reception in the hotel's function room and gardens. Ceremony was 5pm Saturday and last dance 6am Sunday morning. The quality of service and food and wine was outstanding. Cannot fault this resort.
