I visited the Tranquility Holistic Therapy Centre for a full body massage that my wonderful partner had arranged for me as a treat. Kerrie was my therapist for the massage and was very welcoming, friendly and informative. She was very thorough with ensuring that the massage would be to my preferences, as well as adapting it to help with problem areas that held a lot of tension etc. The centre is a very cosy and relaxing setting for treatments, there was a choice of oils to choose from which I thought was a very lovely touch, as well as a variety of soothing music to listen to as you had your treatment done. I felt relaxed, tension free and light on my feet for the first time in quite. While, I highly recommend the Tranquility Holistic Therapy Centre and Kerrie for any holistic needs you may have, and I will definitely be booking in again soon! Thank you again Kerrie for a fantastic experience!

The ambiance of the pod is perfect for an experience away from the stresses of everyday life and a brilliant work out. The warmth and essential oil fragrances help you to relax, warm up and stretch deeper, as well as working up a sweat, if you choose to. You can work as hard or easy as you want to, because options are provided in every class. Amy and her team are dedicated and imaginative instructors. No special equipment is required. You can use a large towel to put on the mats provided in the pod, a small one to mop the sweat and a bottle of water. You can buy a non-slip hot pod mat there as yoga - related merchandise is also available at competitive prices. Coconut water is available to buy from the fridge too. The whole experience is brilliant and amazing value for money. I recommend a visit to Hotpod Yoga at Chesterfield as part of your New Year resolutions. .
