We are a young couple, Matt and Emma, that started out with an idea for a great little spa, we wanted to create a custom built retreat for both visitors near and far. Using the finest product ranges, a great selection of heat experiences and a skilled enthusiastic team we provide a perfect little hit of relaxation. Everything we do at TGS is shaped by this idea. We provide stress relief in beautiful surroundings with fabulous therapists to look after you.

Such a wonderful experience. The facilities are excellent, the pool is so warm & there are 3 blissful sauna/steam rooms & 2 refreshing tropical showers. I had a full body massage which was incredible. All finished off with a super tasty lunch. A thoroughly relaxing & blissful experience. Thank you :)

Had the best day with my daughter at this Gem of a Spa!! I totally felt like I was on CLOUD 9!!! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed so warmly and all staff from the restaurant to the therapists and the owners - all were so pleasant and attentive ! The afternoon tea - totally yummy - freshly made on site - in the summerhouse topped off our relaxing treatments - the whole experience was outstanding and magical as it was a treat for my daughter! Defo will be returning at some point x Thank you Cloud 9 for a fantastic day - we are so grateful ????????????♥️

Absolutely lovely half hour of relaxing reflexology. Whilst I didn't necessarily suffer from any of the conditions mentioned by the therapist during the treatment, I did find the experience extremely therapeutic and would recommend it. I intend to return for another treatment very soon.

I visited Soothe for the first time today after being recommended by a friend. I will definitely be going back. Misia is so lovely, has a lot of knowledge. She instantly made me feel at ease, listened to all my skin concerns and tailored the facial perfectly. I have had facials before which have always seemed to use the same products and try to sell you loads of them afterwards. Soothe is not like this, you can tell she loves what she does and is very good at it. I would recommend to anyone looking to help their skin the right way. I am already looking forward to going back.

Great Spa Day Package! Booked the Lavender package for myself and a friend, really friendly lady who looked after us. Felt really safe with current Covid situation, was luverly to get away from it all, treatments were loverly. Would come back!

I’ve been having a full body massage here monthly for a while now and it has always been an amazingly relaxing experience. Certainly Karolina has been nothing sort of amazing with me, helping to put me at my ease, and I have some terrible self esteem issues. If you have an hour spare I cannot recommend this enough.

The warmth and essential oil fragrances help you to relax, warm up and stretch deeper, as well as working up a sweat, if you choose to. You can work as hard or easy as you want to, because options are provided in every class. Amy and her team are dedicated and imaginative instructors. No special equipment is required. You can use a large towel to put on the mats provided in the pod, a small one to mop the sweat and a bottle of water. You can buy a non-slip hot pod mat there as yoga - related merchandise is also available at competitive prices. Coconut water is available to buy from the fridge too. The whole experience is brilliant and amazing value for money. I recommend a visit to Hotpod Yoga at Chesterfield as part of your New Year resolutions. .

Mam is the almost amazing masseuse I’ve ever been to! She’s so thorough and really knows what she is doing! You don’t even need to explain where your pain is, she can feel it! Just spent 2 days there, with an overnight at a lovely nearby hotel. Absolutely magic - great staff and the best facilities I've come across. The pool suite is brilliant, lovely sauna, steam room, caldarium, tropical showers and the wonderful mineral-salted pool. Other guests behave too. Spent a day there a few months ago too and had the same consistent experience. Recommend the excellent value afternoon tea.
