Dún Laoghaire (Irish pronunciation: [d̪ˠuːn̪ˠ ˈɫeːrʲə]) is a suburban coastal town in County Dublin, Ireland, about 12 km (7.5 miles) south of Dublin city centre. It is the county town of the Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown district. Formerly a major port of entry from Great Britain, it was known as Dunleary until 1821 when it was renamed Kingstown in honour of King George IV's visit that year, and in 1920 was given its present name, the original Irish form of Dunleary.

Dating in around 1800, built in gothic style, this church is a real gem. Located in beautiful Dun Laoghaire area, next to Sandyford & Blackrock. I spotted it several times while having spring walks & runs.

Brilliant sundial that is simply a work of art. Found on the East Pier and on an elevated platform. Provides distance in yards to many of the attractions in the area. Fantastic!

Almost feels like some form of Spanish architecture. Fabulous condition and nice to photo. At the end of Marine Road and opposite the Dart station.
