This is a superb spinning class located with Alserkal Avenue. The room is kitted out with great bike kit and the classes are upbeat, filled with great music and lasers. The trainers are great fun and keep the tempo high throughout. There is a leaderboard on which you can keep track of your performance and after the class you receive a personalized report if your efforts. There is also a coffee/juice bar within the venue. A great way to work out.
