This place is literally my sanctuary. I have been attending the classes there since 2012 and My life has changed for the better since then. The teachers are amazing and helped me to build my emotional and physical strength. The teachers are always there to listen to you and accommodate you during and after the class. they teach with love and you can really feel that. They have many different levels of classes from beginner an gentle classes to advanced levels so you can really start from beginner and progress to the advanced levels. I have never ever injured myself as the teachers techs with care and great instruction. The best yoga studio I can recommend in the UAE
