I booked a 1:1 hatha yoga class with Frank today on the beach for myself and my mum who is a hatha yoga teacher. We both found the class to be professional, woth excellent postures and breathing practice. Beautiful setting in between Bournemouth and Boscombe beaches. He was an absolute pleasure to meet and we would highly recommend him to any locals or visitors to Bournemouth who want to experienceyoga in a beautiful setting. Having tried various yoga classes over the years I’d never found one which was perfect for me, until Sally . Her classes are just the right combination of exercise meditation and relaxation and her outlook on life is inspirational. The classes on Zoom since lockdown have been a great way to stay toned, positive and focused. Thank you Sally !

Mindful flow yoga is a calming, stress-relieving class that helps stretch and strengthen the body. Practise in one of Hilton hotel's function rooms overviewing Bournemouth city centre. The emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Postures are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail.
WOW WOW WOW! My friend was so lucky and won the spa day competition and kindly took me along for my birthday! And what a treat we had! From the moment we arrived at the hotel the main reception greeted us politely and sorted out our parking. We moved on to the spa where we was greeted by a lovely smiley receptionist who gave us robes, slippers, towel and a Locker token! We where blown away by how clean and modern all of the facilities where and the staff couldn't do enough for you! My massage was done by Sophie and it was incredible.. I've had a few massages but this was by far the best!! She took into consideration everything I said and it was so relaxing, I can't wait to book in with her again!! The afternoon tea was gorgeous- again the staff couldn't do enough for us, they where so friendly, the food was DELICIOUS and so nicely presented! I've been blown away by the whole experience they where on par with some really expensive 5* spa hotels I've stayed at and it is for this reason I will be travelling back with my husband and family for another visit!! Thank you so much!

A fabulous week - Finding Balance - was the theme. And boy did we have plenty of opportunity to do that. A wonderful combination of surf, energising sunrise yoga, restorative evening yoga, sound healing, reiki, laughter, sandboarding, hiking, wild swimming in an oasis, lots of delicious vegetarian food, and true warm Moroccan hospitality ????
