Sirius Charters

Bespoke family boat charter, which will give you a unique opportunity to see the wonderful Jurassic Coast from the sea. The boat is yours for the trip, there will be no other passengers. We will transit very close inshore along the most interesting parts of the World Heritage Site and see fossils on the rocks inside Durdle Door. On 3 or 4 hour trips we can anchor for a picnic and swim (water temperature allowing!). Please allow for the weather, as Sirius is a relatively small boat, we cannot always sail if strong winds or rain is forecast. I charge for the boat, not per person, and aim to make the trip affordable and attractive to family groups.

Wonderful team at WOEC! Our group had an epic half day kayaking - which we didn't think would go ahead because of the challenging wind conditions. But Rob and Simon were superb, taking us into the lagoon and beautiful Chesil beach - just perfect for a beginners kayaking session. Can't recommend these guys enough, fun friendly and extremely patient! We'll be back ;)

From receiving this experience at Xmas to completing the Flyboarding day on Friday 7th August 2020 off Sandbanks, Aquatic Jetpacks were outstanding. The emails back and forth to make this happen during the Covid 19 period was reassuring and always very responsive. On the day, I was under the guidance of Spencer and John. Both had great experience of flyboarding and with their instructions, I had the best 30 minutes of flyboarding in glorious 32 degrees weather off Sandbank beach. The photos I received were outstanding and I would just like to say thank you to them both and the whole team for making this bucket list experience a great memory. Will definitely be going back again. Thanks Dan ????

Guided fossil hunting and collecting walks at Charmouth on Dorset's Jurassic Coast with Chris Pamplin B.Sc.

We just got home from our two days on the Jurassic Coast. Chris was a marvel. My 7 year old was pretty grumpy but he told wonderfully terrible jokes and managed to cheer her up. Chris is knowledgeable and patient and makes it easy. Helped us get the eye for it and by the end if three hours we were seeing fossils everywhere. Really fun and it was spot on for all 3 generations of us.

Yesterday we went out on the Haven star catamaran with skipper Dave to celebrate two birthdays - 14th and 16th. As two families we were able to celebrate together on this lovely boat! We packed lunch, met Dave on the quay and headed off to Studland to moor up. The sun came out and it was great to see everyone enjoying the paddleboards and swimming for a few hours. We can’t wait to go again next year and would thoroughly recommend! Thanks to all the team for such a great day out.

Booked for archery and axe throwing on 7th August for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Online booking was easy and we were sent several reminders including directions before the event. Unfortunately we were late but our instructor Phil was very understanding. Both activities were great fun and after full instructions we had plenty of time to enjoy both. Phil was a great instructor and very patient, even when I kept loosing the arrows in the very prickly undergrowth. It is sometimes difficult to find activities that teenagers enjoy but ours loved it. We all had a great time, thank you.
