From the first call with Louis to the pickup everything was professional and perfect!!! Daniel our driver was nice and his car was very clean. Loved getting alerts via email when the car was in route and when it arrived. Definitely use them!!!! Our pick-up was from South Hampton to London and they offered the best price. Will use them again!!

We were on the last legs of our adventure in the UK. We flew down from Aberdeen to Heathrow (cheap flight!). However, we had accommodations in Horley for our next flight out in the morning from Gatwick. We could have taken the Express but since there were three of us, our friends suggested finding a private driver to hire. A quick search of the internet led us to booking with Heathrow - Gatwick Transfers. This was our first time using a driving service and we did not have any expectations. The booking process was all online and we chose to pay online, too. One less thing to remember, right. We arrived at Terminal #2 and followed the flow of persons to the area near the car park. We must have crossed paths with our driver without noticing him or his sign with our name on it. Upon arriving in the parking structure I spoke with an employee who suggested we head back to the area outside the elevators to find our driver. No sooner had we walked back then we had a call from our driver and we were on our way to his vehicle. We selected a sedan sized vehicle and our driver had a Mercedes-Benz station wagon, more than enough space for our 3 pieces of checked luggage and our carry-on bags. It was a safe and comfortable ride to Horley. I am sooooo glad I do not have to drive in and around London. Our driver was very professional and know his routes very well. In less than 45 minutes we were transported from one airport to the other. We would use Heathrow - Gatwick Transfers again!!
