What a perfect way to start your Ghent experience with a Tasting Tour. A perfect blend of local sights and history with sampling a few local delights (sweets, chocolate and beer) which won’t destroy your appetite for lunch or more. Our guide Tatiana, was a young, enthusiastic and knowledgeable lady who made us all feel welcome and interested for more about Ghent. The two hour experience was perfect. Thank you Charlie Tours.

I booked the class as a surprise and it met all expectations - it was well organised, my boyfriend and I had a lot of fun and the class was full of learning. Cathy is very enthusiastic and passionate about chocolate, she really takes you on a journey and shares all her knowledge about the craft. On top of that the workshop is very accessible and you can take all the learning, recipes and freshly made chocolate with you to enjoy and share. This tour perfectly shows the most underestimated part of Belgian culture - its cuisine. Not only beer, but the kitchen as general. Mussels, chips and chocolate (for dessert) are the first thing to taste when on Belgian soil.
