Just back from my 2 hour ride off the beaten track and had a brilliant time. My husband wasn’t keen so decided to book on my own and so glad I did. Took in some wonderful views and countryside. Albert the guide was very informative about the different trees and plants as we made our way down to the beach. The horses were very well behaved so would highly recommend to novices as well as regular riders. If you are looking to get out on the east coast in the fresh air and take in stunning scenery then this is a must can’t think of a better way. Samantha was great and collected me from the hotel on time and drove me back later. A lovely end to our beautiful holiday in Barbados.

We were picked up from our accommodation nice and early and enjoyed a pleasant drive up to the stables where we were met by the lovely friendly Empress. As neither of us are experienced riders, we were supplied with helmets and given tutorials, and as much time as we needed in the paddock to feel comfortable with "Curly" and "Smacks", our gorgeous horses, who are definitely part of the Jahworks family. When we were ready, Shaun led the way up through the countryside, pointing out things and places of interest along the way. As Smacks kept stopping to munch the grass, and I kept stopping to take pictures, we fell behind a few times, but Shaun never let us get too far behind, always making sure I was ok. We were out for almost 2 hours (on a 1.5 hrs trek),and reaching the deserted beach was just incredible! The horses loved walking through the waves as they washed up the shore, and then Shaun took over camera duty to take some pics and videos of us. We were met at the end by Empress again, who gave our taxi driver money to stop at a shop on the way back to buy us some drinks. A wonderful experience which I would recommend highly to anyone considering it. Thank you so much Empress and Shaun, for giving us such a fantastic memory to take home with us!!

was a tour of on horseback they were great, very patient with those of us not familiar with horseback riding. We saw a beautiful part of the island we wouldn't have seen without going on this tour. All of their tours are private, no crowds only for amt of people in your party. good price & the people were great & very friendly & fun. Should be an option travelers can read about
