Things to do in Bangkok, Thailand: The Best Spas & Wellness

April 17, 2022 Karren Gelb

Golden palaces, floating markets, majestic porcelain-laid spires…you've never seen a capital city quite like Bangkok. Visit Pratunam or Siam Square for premium shopping, then unwind in the European-style gardens of Dusit. Thon Buri is home to the awesome Wat Arun temple, and over in Phra Nakhon, you’ll find the Wat Pho temple of the Reclining Buddha. Savor mango sticky rice at a food stall before taking in the gilded splendor of the Grand Palace.

Spa Cenvaree

Taking design cues from lotus flower, hand crafted pieces of lotus pattern have been painstakingly book matched to form continuous patterns through the spa. Blending contemporary elements of Thai culture with Western influences, the spa treatments have been designed to provide travelers with a unique respite from the hectic urban pace.

Had a full body massage by Songkran and it was the most amazing experience. Her lack of sight is a gift in disguise as it allows her to feel, connect, and read your body and muscles. At first I was not sure what it meant to have a ‘blind massage’ but she really impressed me with her skill level and abilities.
