Lonely Planet wrote about the Alentejo: "Go to be bewitched. Portugal’s largest region, covering a third of the country, truly captivates. Think dry, golden plains, rolling hillsides and lime-green vines. A rugged coastline, traditional whitewashed villages, marble towns and majestic medieval cities. Plus a proud if melancholic people, who valiantly cling to their local crafts." Don't miss out on this private day tour of our most charming region in the country!

If there's a rating above 5 stars, this trip with Daniella deserves it. This was more than a tour. It was actually a pilgrimage that got my 10 year old fascinated at the story of the 3 children of Fatima. My partner who is not catholic was overwhelmed at level of details Daniella took to ensure we enjoyed this trip. With an active and cranky 3 year old, Daniella was very patient and helped soothe our boy several times. This trip is all you need to enjoy Fatima and this got me into planning another trip to Portugal. Thank you ever so much Daniella!

This tour is a must for any visitors to the Lisbon area. Our guide, Tania, was amazing. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable and made sure we had the best day possible. Due to Covid-19 restrictions there were only 4 of us on the tour - myself and my sister and another couple (who were also absolutely lovely and we became friends). Sintra and Cascais are so beautiful and the tour allowed us ample time to explore both areas. Tania gave us great tips on the best photo opportunity spots and also on the best places to eat. The area was very quiet compared to pre-Covid times, but it was really nice to see Sintra, the palace and surrounding area without hordes of tourists - no queues. We wore our masks at all times so everyone felt safe from a Covid point of view. I cannot fault the service and the tour. Great value and amazing to see these places with so few tourists about. One of the most beautiful areas I have ever seen. It is quite hilly so be prepared for some walking - but you can always get a lift up to the palace grounds if you have limited mobility, so don't let that put you off.

This is a late review, but necessary. We thoroughly enjoyed our private day tour with Sintra Magik in Fatima. The Shrine of course was incredible. The visit to the family home and meeting their descendants were equally touching. We sampled the local cuisine and appreciated the hospitality. Our tour of the religious factory allowed us to return with artifacts for our family. We were so fortunate to have a delightful Irish priest bless these keepsakes. An awesome, memorable day. We highly, highly recommend this tour group.

By my experience, this is a unique opportunity to visit all these places, it will not be possible by yourselves. I'll be with you in all the visits, wait for you after each visit, take to the next visit and so on. I don't impose a limit of time for the visit of each place, it will depend on you. We stayed in Lisbon for four days. First day was on our own who turned out to be time wasted for the most part. The second day when we had Antonio take us to Sintra. Such an excellent trip. He took us to sights along the way, including Palacio Nacional De Queluz. Sintra is beautiful with so much culture and sights to see, the castle, the palace, etc. Antonio even treated us with a sit down coffee break. Plus took us to a delicious restaurant in the evening after watching the sunset in Cascais. I cannot say enough how good a personal guide he is that we hired him for another day to tour Fatima. He speaks four languages fluently and he is very friendly. So much information about Portugal that you will receive from him. The tour isn’t rushed, it’s well planned. I will have another tour by Antonio if we come back to Portugal. There is just so much to experience.
