We run a hugely popular and (very small) surf camp for children aged 8-16 during the months of July and August. The surf school runs from our iconic double decker bus on Keel beach. In winter (October - March) our bus is closed but we are always happy to run lessons or hire equipment! Just call us!

Group of 7 of us rented bikes for an afternoon and we were accomodated at late notice. The man we dealt with was lovely, so nice to deal with. Out of the group of seven, four of us rented electric bikes and three used normal bikes. The electric bikes were brilliant - really helped getting up those hills! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking and I would definitely recommend Achill Bikes if looking for an activity on the island. We were given a map and shown a number of routes too. We walked to Dooagh from The Deserted Village and we were even offered help getting back to our cars, we didn't need it but the offer was lovely. Will be telling friends and family about Achill Bikes for when they visit Achill Island!

Perhaps one of the most romantic locations I’ve ever been- the cliff views, the wild Atlantic Ocean, the soft white sand and the waves!! Stunning spot! Don’t miss it!

Booked in the day before we went. Our host was lovely. We booked the 2 hour trip. We spent 20 minutes at the centre learning the basics and then went down around Keel beach and back. Oreo and Shadow, the two horses were beauties. Highly recommend. All levels catered for.

It was raining all day so we decided to try this. Since it's in the woods, it's covered and somewhat protected by the rain. The entry fee is now 3 euros. My son is into fairy and fantasy stuff and he really enjoyed it. So much that we went through it again for a second time. The pot of gold is fixed, and I didn't see the problems mentioned in some other reviews. Overall this is good for young kids (my son is 6) especially when raining.
