Discovery Trail

We often use this trail to go for walks, running, or take our bikes. It is beautiful, and continues on for miles. Great for families and not very steep in any area.

Sumas Mountain Inter-Regional Park

This park has an amazing array of trails with spectacular views. A wonderland for mountain bikers, trailer runners and hikers. One of the trails that you access off the #1 freeway is the 'Abby Grind.' It's quite a steep hike in sections, but the views on a clear day are amazing!

Tanglebank Gardens

We planned for a day in Abbotsford and started here. We went for brunch and enjoyed a delicious brunch - sweet and salty and huevos rancheros. I had the sweet and salty and it was sweet and salty and delicious and my friends ordered the huevos rancheros which they found full of flavour and just the right size for brunch. The server was funny and attentive. We went early and had a great table close to the fireplace. We will be back,

Willband Creek Park

Reviewed By GlobeTrotting809621 - Abbotsford, Canada

We visit this trail regularly. It is level and well groomed. It has commemorative benches along the trail should you decide to relax and take in the views. Lately the parking lot -- which has always been a bit too small for the number of visitors -- has been expanded to triple its former size. There is also a new observation deck that allows a great vantage point for bird watching. When we visited in November we were fortunate to see bald eagles.
