Beautiful grounds, nice large rooms but very stingy
Reviewed By Bill EFirst off the rooms, the courtyard are all beautiful. Trees lit at night, music, a nice secure and spotless garage to park in... That's all great. The room when we arrived had a very small bottle of purified water and a bar of soap for the shower. Everything else cost extra. Shampoo? extra. Towels for the pool, extra. An important feature was an air conditioner that actually cooled the room. The trains ran during daylight hours and were not objectionable. Great shower and internet. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Ya que metiste todo te dicen que sólo tres días mínimo, habitaciones sin aire, baños tapados, almohadas con cabellos, sin estacionamiento, alberca mini y sucia de agua de un año y el dueño sólo le brilla en los ojos el dinero y cuando se le avisó de las fallas sólo se queda callado, como todo inepto avaricioso. Restaurante caro con bufette de sólo sopa de fideo, bolillos calientes alistas y agua de sobre, pésimo, pésimo

My get-away place in Mexico
Reviewed By PJ2MXIt was my pleasure to call the Arcon home for almost 5 months. Great people, nice facilities and pools, wonderful cooked to order food, close to the beach, close to ancient ruins and only an hour north of Veracruz for those who want a touch of city life - if I am able to return this would be my destination of choice.

Increíble Fin de Semana
Reviewed By ivanegueguLo pasamos excelente este fin de semana, el lugar cuenta con estacionamiento cercano, lugares de comida cercanos, el desayuno es regional y muy rico, siempre nos recibieron con una taza de café delicioso. El lugar arquitectónicamente es sin duda único, muy fotogénico. Entro toda mi familia. Regresaría sin dudarlo.

Reviewed By 279marinellygUn pésimo trato en la recepción. No sirvió mi televisor y no quisieron reembolsarme la diferencia. Pésimo carácter de la encargada. Fue muy grosera cuando le pedí mi reembolso. No me quiso dar el teléfono del dueño para quejarme. Pensaba quedarme un día mas y Decidí dejar el lugar por el pésimo trato que me dieron. Ojalá el dueño o dueña leyera mi comentario. Y decirle que por el pésimo tratado perdieron un cliente.
