Lotus Samui is a luxury beachfront resort located on Bang Por Beach. The resort has 5 villas ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms, each with its own private pool and ensuite bathroom. There is also a 25m communal pool located right at the beach. What we neither knew before nor expected was the excellent service and staff who were always available, extremely friendly, caring and not one single request was ever denied, too special or too complicated. They seemed like being prepared for anything which came up our mind. I wish this crew just the best and I am happy for every guest who will experience this outstanding package of no worries and just being happy. We will come back again. Thank you so much! ?

Modern 2 bedroom, beachfront houses situated directly on the sands of beautiful Maenam Beach, Koh Samui. Each house has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom with separate bathroom. There is a large open plan living dining area with sofas, dining table & a fully equipped kitchenette. Outside there is a large balcony with a table & chairs and stairs down on to the beach with sun loungers & an umbrella and the sea just a few steps away.
Heaven on Earth at The Moonrakers
Reviewed By Marius CWe spent 5 days at The Moonrakers, and enjoyed every moment. There are four similar modern villas on the beach. Each villa has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, which is quite rare), 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a dining/cooking area fully equipped, and there is a nice terrace facing the sea. There is a good Wi-Fi connection and TV with some movie channels and Netflix. The villas are cleverly constructed as to provide privacy and a relaxing atmosphere. There are only a few yards to the water and you can enjoy a private beach. There are no rocks or mud, only sand, and they clean the beach every day. The tide course doesn't have much effect because the beach is steeper and you can enter the sea whenever you like. There are several restaurants nearby, along the beach. We took the breakfast and dinner at the Angela's Moonhut restaurant around 30 yards towards the West. They have an excellent cuisine. We are vegetarians and they cook as we liked. The villas are at a walking distance from the main road where you can find shops and a supermarket. In conclusion, if you want comfort, privacy and sea bathing this is the place for you.

Reviewed By Michael MI highly recommend the villas here. Prior to our arrival, the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. They had a shuttle ready for my family as soon as we arrived from Nathon Pier. Shortly thereafter, I had to pick up a rental car from the airport and they gave me a ride on their personal vehicle. I have never had a host at any other hotel in Thailand do this for me. The villas were fantastic and well kept. My Mother was really impressed, and that is no easy feat. The pool outside was nice

Just 2 minutes walk to the beach and the center providing all facilities necessary.This stylish villa is designed and constructed rich of highest quality wood. The internal villa is made of teak wood. Outstanding, the posts at the front balcony are made of 100+ years of Mangos teen wood, whereas externally the villa impresses with highest quality Hopean wood. A beautiful and rare eye-catch!The modern fence around the house with timer lighting allows you to adjust on/off time at night .Inside, 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs with bathroom en-suited for the Master bedroom, and beautifully built-in furniture, full of charming details

Reviewed By jasonwymerReviews said spotlessly clean but there was mouldy grout in bathroom, bathroom cupboard doors had toothpaste or shampoo splashes on them, bath plug didn't close so couldn't have a bath, 1st night after a shower the kitchen below was soaked from a blocked pipe, curtains had stains, safe provided was not fixed to a surface so could be taken easily. The spiral stairs are nice but hard to take up your large suitcases. It's a self clean villa so for longer stays you will end up doing all your own washing of bed linen and towels. Ron and his wife are super friendly, helpful and informative to all your needs. These people are what made our time there good. We arrived late in the evening and Ron made all information clear. The transport from and to the villa was booked through them to make things easier for us, transport was always on time and a minibus. After the first night we found a leak from the shower To The kitchen, Ron fixed this quickly. We wanted to rent a couple of motobikes and yet again Ron helped out with this, we had to pay a bit more than you would from a rental shop but this ensured that we didn't get stung for the extortionate prices of any damage to a bike. Ron will help out with any tours you want and give good information when requested. The villa has everything you need for cooking in house, loads of cuttlery and crockery with microwave fridge and coffee machine included. We never used these, only fridge, but they looked clean and well maintained. There is a TV in the main room and also the master bedroom, unsure if they work good as we didn't use them. AC in all rooms which all worked good. The villa is also close to loads of shops and restaurants. Grounds are kept clean and tidy. The villa has a very high rating but I personally think this is to high. We use every kind of accomodation from suites in high class hotels to BnBs so we can see the quality difference from place to place. For the price its good for big families but improvements can be made

Reviewed By Svetaya4Please dont waste your time coming here. I had such an awful experience here! The hotel staff was very rude to us and even threat us. That they know the local police and they can make us loose our ferry (going back home to Norway) by telling the taxi driver to drive us somewhere far away. Also the hotel was super outdated, dirty and overpriced food. The pool outside our room was so dirty that we could not even use it. Ive traveled a lot in Thailand, and this hotel is not where people deserve to spend their vacation. So many places that are better not far away.

Very old bungalow, inside very old furniture, rusty bars and rusty hinges on the windows, which do not allow either to open or close the windows. Inside a mini-refrigerator is disgusting mold everywhere. Wooden terrace in some places is pitted by termites. A disgusting wifi signal that periodically disappears. No free water, no free toiletries as described on booking agencies websites. No TV, in the evening there are a lot of mosquitoes. pros Comfortable mattress, rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, garbage was taken out every day, there is a wonderful view of the sea from the terrace, a couple of steps to the sea.

A tropical and relaxing haven
Reviewed By Trek457533A very quiet and private resort a few minutes drive from the main road. Very nice, spacious and well equipped villas, all with a private pool and flowers and greenery wherever you look. The owner is very helpful and will help with anything needed. To get around I recommend to rent a motorbike, the hotel can help with this and the rental company will bring the bike to the resort for you. On the main road you will find everything you need and a 10 min drive away you will find Fishermans village, which is nice to visit for dinner. We especially liked the evenings on the balcony with the lightened pool and some soft low music in the background, so relaxing!

Reviewed By TorySonWe stayed at Polina park hotel for 2 weeks . We really liked our fashionable villa and the area around . There is a gazebo and barbecue, as well as toys for children . The pool was clean and worked 24/7. We enjoyed our stay there, me and my family, and the hotel owners were very friendly and helpful !
