Our Premier Inn Holyhead hotel is set right in the heart of this bustling town in Anglesey. Whether you're travelling to Ireland via the Holyhead Stena Line ferry, exploring historic attractions like the South Stack Lighthouse, or birdwatching at the Breakwater Country Park, getting around is easy when you stay with us. There's a delicious range of meals available at our on-site Thyme restaurant, and when you're done for the day you can look forward to enjoying a great night's sleep on one of our comfy Hypnos beds.
Staff are excellent, can't do enough to help. Room was fine, comfortable for a business stay. Prior to stay, email received to confirm shortage of staff and to not expect same service as usual. Bit of a shame. Rooms not being turned around during stay should have been optional, not by default. At £100 a night, having the tea and coffee tray refilled automatically should certainly be a minimum expectation. Not give reception yet another task to manage. A lot of menu items in the restaurant were not available on the first 2 (of 3) nights of our stay - we ate out on night 3. Location was good in terms of accessing Penrhos and Trearddur Bay for a change of scenery after work/alternative restaurant options.

Very clean accommodation, staff were excellent especially Debbie in the restaurant at breakfast who was an absolute star, so friendly and helpful. Also the young man on reception, but I can't remember his name.

Set just off the A48, our new ZIP by Premier Inn Cardiff has everything you need for a simple stay in Wales. Whether you’re sightseeing in Cardiff or staying over on a business trip, you’ll only be a 15-minute drive from the city centre. Our small rooms have been cleverly designed for a basic stay with just the essentials – an en-suite bathroom, a comfy bed and free Wi-Fi. Downstairs, you can grab a light bite from the bar and watch Sky Sports, play table football in our chill out area, or get some work done in one of our booths.
Stayed at ZIP Cardiff at half term with my son for three nights. He thought the room was cool, and we both felt relaxed and not at all claustrophobic despite the small space. Facilities were spot on, lots of sockets, TV and comfy beds. Clean, free parking, and hot water available downstairs so we could have a cuppa with our teabags and milk in our room! A cosy base for our mini-break.

Didn't stay overnight but found myself stranded nearby with a damaged tyre and waited 10 hours for RAC to recover me. The hotel allowed me to use their facilities and the manageress was kind and helpful.

What a fab place. Check in was very easy as details sent before we arrived. Staff will advise where to park and we had no problems with two cars. We stayed in Rooms 7 and 8 and they were immaculae. Very clean, comfy beds and perfect for our stay. Location was just right. 2o min walk and you're in centre. Breakfast was excellent and very well priced. And finally thanks to the staff. They are amazing. Friendly, chatty and knowledgeable. Will help you in any way they can. The locals in the bar are very friendly and welcome you as well. Have to mention Oscar the dog, so friendly. Also Crofty the Parrot. Didn't see the Cat. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again in future when we visit Cardiff.
