Rethymnon is one of the most well-preserved Venetian old towns on the island of Crete. Its 16th-century buildings are stunning examples of ancient architecture, and the monolithic Fortezza reflects both European and Moorish influences. Explore the magical waterfalls, rock formations, and ‘"cave church" of Saint Anthony Gorge before taking a pleasant evening stroll along the colorful Venetian Harbor. Relax in a taverna over a plate of Cretan meze, like fresh feta drizzled with local olive oil.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for a week in May 2022. The boutique layout and Spa atmosphere made this hotel very appealing with hardworking friendly staff making the experience very enjoyable. Bedroom very clean and a large comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. The location is at the end of a quiet road with the hotel overlooking a sandy beach. There are pebbles going into the sea so recommend surf shoes! There are a couple of nice restaurants near by, but a €10 taxi to the old town where there are many fabulous restaurants lining the little streets and overlooking the quaint harbour well worth visiting. We usually like to go somewhere different each holiday, but will definitely return.

Sea side modern & spacious fully equiped Apartments emprace ultimate relaxation, designed to accommodate families and couples, while offering privacy the same time.Ideal located on the seafront of the central coast of Rethymno.Unique decorated apartments & studios combine all modern amenities offer all that you were looking for, for your summer holidays.
Semplicemente fantastico. Ottimo lavoro!!

Exclusive - right on the beach, experience in the heart of Rethymno city. Thalasses Boutique Hotel sits on a building with 150 years of history. Fully renovated in 2017 to redefine the level of comfort and customer service. The location is magical but also convenient. The facilities are fresh, modern and brand new. Services, like a high end restaurant and health spa complete the complex.
The hotel is situated on an extremely busy noisy road into Rethymnon, a really unpleasant long walk into town. The multi level design of the building including our room is an absolute pain when moving heavy cases around. Our split level room had virtually no storage space and as we were in Rethymnon for a wedding disappointingly nowhere for my wife to hang her dresses. We had hoped to chill out poolside for at least some of the time we were there but it is virtually roadside and tiny with just four deck chairs available. The space allocated outside of our room similarly had two deck chairs, why no sunbeds? We didn't actually stay at the hotel as we were so disappointed we decided to move into town despite having paid over £1200 for five nights B&B, This place is definitely not value for money, we found a much better place in the town for half the price. Can't comment on the quality of the food but if a plastic encased concrete terrace with old chairs and tables in is your thing you'll love the restaurant I'm sure.

Great family-run hotel, with very clean and cozy apartments, just in front of the beach (wonderful sunset provided every day in the package ?). The restaurant downstairs is definitely worth eating in–you will experience there the traditional Greek cuisine (with moussaka and grilled octopus highly recommended), sitting relaxed and enjoying the view of the turquoise sea. But the best thing about this place is the hospitality and kindness of its hosts – Esther and Michaelis, who definitely make the stay in Princess Irini unforgettable.

REMIS STUDIOS is a completely renovated room complex, located on the northern side of Rethymno prefecture in the Missiria area, 150 meters from the beach and 3 kilometers from Rethymno’s town center. It started operating in 2018 and offers luxurious accommodation and comfort. In a modernly decorated room, with beautiful color combinations and wood and iron elements with a beautiful combination, dominate the rooms and the common areas, REMIS STUDIOS will make you visit again.
I stayed for 1,5 year in the room 101 so know very well how the studios "works" and the good and bad things of the studios. The good is that the rooms are in good contition and the cleaning lady is very good in her job Now the bad is...the building is in a very small alley without parking...very often the sewer in the room smells bad...the towels can be washed without washing machine softener for reasons of economy, so the towels are not soft and they dry them outside in the yard and all the bugs and sometimes even mouses come in contact with the towels...the owners rent rooms very often to prostitutes especially the rooms 201, 203, 205 and they are very noisy because the walls are very thin...and the owners are very unreliable and do not keep their word. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

A beautiful spacious apartment overlooking the harbour. The Hostess katerina was very helpful on advising us where to visit etc. Our 13month old puppy was also made welcome. It is ideally situated at the edge of the old town but only 5 minutes walk to the lively beach in the New town.
