Reviewed By Stay18568894487Stayed twice in this hotel only for the reason of its proximity to the New Delhi station between 15th to 16th and again between 20th to 21st. The approach to the hotel is dirty but save for the well done interiors in the lobby which is pleasing to the eye, everything outside is unhygienic. And god forbid if you get room no. 407. The second stay was terrible to start with. While the folks out there were more interested in collecting the full money, you get all sorts of irresponsible answers when you ask them about the missing amenities. Missing chairs, Dirty Linen, Torn towels, Torn Menu Card, no hanger rod in the room and when asked, was given hangars and asked to put the clothes up from the door/window knobs. The restaurant manager was shameless in not accepting that he had an order pending from us for over an hour and blamed the crowd in the hotel. He did this to us on both the days to show his grudge for all the shouting that he got. I asked for Pepper and was provided the seeds as if to say grind them on your own mate. And have a look at the photo of the tray they used for serving food. Never seen such dirty stuff. Looks like they took us for granted and after making us pay upfront for the 2 days stay, we were literally at ransom. I gave them a full day to set right the hangar but they did not do a damn about it. While I did my reservations through Booking.com, the hotel had the audacity to show the status as Cancelled.

Reviewed By Pankaj SIt is located 100 mts inside the lane from main road. Hotel is clean and room was also kind of clean. For the breakfast one has to walk down to another hotel in front. Breakfast is just sufficient but service in breakfast is very lousy. Hotel in room dining food is slightly on expensive side. Staff is helpful. It is ok for family and guys but for solo girls travelers the location is little doubtful.

Reviewed By Sunny1713The hotel is so untidy that there is spit of gutka everywhere, the sheets had black stains on them and i left the hotel as soon as i checked in, not suggested for couples or family, staff is also very uncooperative.

RACIST HOTEL!
Reviewed By Ally DI had a major surgery done in New Delhi and 3 days before my hospital discharge I was looking up online for a hotel to recuperate. The hospital management recommended this hotel so I asked my boyfriend who is in Sydney to do the bookings for me. When he checked the hotel, it says "For Indian Nationals Only". He rang the hotel to find out if this hotel is for Indian nationals only and the staff said no, that ALL NATIONALITIES are welcome except PAKISTANIS. I am a New Zealander so he proceeded to book a room and paid it straight away as they have a "12-hour reservation policy" otherwise it will be canceled. On the day of my hospital discharge, I went straight to the hotel with my Indian interpreter. The receptionist that I have spoken to was straight up to tell me in English, "Maam, we have a strict Indian Nationals only policy". My interpreter explained how the booking was made and it was clear that I am ok to stay there, she even negotiated to let me stay because I just had surgery but failed. I asked for a manager but he gave me a customer care number. It was a horrible, horrible, disgusting experience. This hotel should not be advertised in any travel sites.
