We had a problem with the shower door and they tried to fix asap, I would like to thank that lady for her support. Room super clear and breakfast very good. Locality next to Stazione Centrale. Walking distance.

Reviewed By hockeyehLet me say that the staff is exceptional… location wonderful but the rooms are very tired. I don’t like giving it 3 stars because everyone is just wonderful and helpful. The room was quiet with a nice bathroom but again tired and beat up. Decent bed and linens never enough hangers and small refrigerator that is stocked. There’s a market right across the street for juice and yogurt ..etc. for mornings. So location and staff are excellent rooms just need some work.

All the modern and cosy apartments are spacious, elegantly furnished and comfortable ideal for business trips and city breaks.

Reviewed By hannahcN5237FHI don’t think this hotel is necessarily a 4*. The exterior and interior of the lobby era etc is modern and glamorous. However, our studio apartment, though clean and spacious, was not so modern. The grouting in the bathroom was moldy and there was grime and rust on the plug holes. We had a balcony which we weren’t expecting - not a great view but still nice. Would be quite noisy in terms of hearing local maintenance outside (like leaf blowers etc) and could also hear a lot of exterior noise which we couldnt quite pin point what it was. Beds were comfortable and although we didn’t use the cooking equipment, we just used the fridge and freezer all the cupboards stored the appropriate equipment. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Maichahini (possibly wrong spelling) metro station and a huge supermarket which stored plenty of Italian goodies. However if you wanted to walk into the center of Milan, it wouldn’t be too strenuous of a walk. Just fyi if you are not fully vaccinated in terms of having 2 vaccinations and a booster jab, and it’s been six months since your second jab, you have to get a covid test prior to travel and every 2 days whilst you are there in order to qualify for the green pass.

just amazing and relaxing time
Reviewed By Valentina FHi! I went to this beautiful place with some friends (we were in 4). We stayed in the New York room: it's very large, with 2 double beds and in the centre a very nice table where you can eat (we took a take away). The particularity of this room is the private terrace where you can spend your free time with friends in relax and without noise. The room is clean and the forniture is modern and confortable,. I suggest you this place: a little breath of relax in Milan! A special thanks to Paolo, the owner: he is always helpful and friendly. Of course, I'll come back!

Disappoiting room and unacceptable customer service

First of all, we booked a room with garden views and even though we were upraged we endes up having views on the neighboring building in a ground floor. Our room was not as we expected or the ones in the pictures, very disappointing. 115€ for this is way too much. Then, as we arrived, we found out that the sink was leaking and the hotel only offered us an extra towel at 00:26 (4h after having reported the leak) to put on the floor. Nothing else has been done so we had to brush our teeth using the bidet unless we would have wanted to sleep in a puddle. Finally, today, we wrote to the hotel to tell them we were disappointed and the only thing that they told us is that we had to be grateful they waited for us when we arrived at 9:30pm (when we payed an extra 15€ for having arrived 30 minutes past 9pm and waiting for the client is a paying service they offer). They also told us: “Once you will grow up you will undesrstand”. This is unacceptable, it’s not a way to talk to a client. The least they could have done is to explain/apologize. In conclusion, very 115€ is way too expensive for the service and the room we had. Don’t go to this hotel if you want to have a nice and romantic stay.

The most terrible experince ever!!!!!

BUT! we were refused in check-in because we arrived after 9.00 p.m. and there is deadline for check-in. The guy at reception was playing on the phone while talking to us. We offered to pay extra for late check in, he refused to do anything for us, even wanted to call police! It was late , raining outside and we were with our 10 years old son. Our room was re-booked and re-paid by someone else, who appeared right after us. Very rare I write reviews , because it is easy to satisfy my expectations. But the behavior of the guy at the reception was outrageous!!!!! I DO NOT recommend this place TO NO ONE!!!!!
