Reviewed By sonpamThe rooms are very small, Ac dosent function properly, no hot water is provided. The management staff are always lost in their own world and dose not know how to deal with issues. Rooms have a weird smell in them. The wardrobe is dysfunctional and the door lock doesn't work properly risking your safety. There are better options near by to stay, so please choose wisely Food served in breakfast was cold and tasteless.

Nothing like in pictures, filthy and lacking maintenance!
Reviewed By just_a_food_addictThe host was friendly, really flexible with our booking and was always reachable. The care taker is just a call away if you need anything. It is a very spacious apartment in a very quite neighbourhood. The pictures provided online are although from the early days, as there are quite a lot of traces of usage. All the equipments and interior of the apartment are of high quality, but one could see the lack of good maintenance. Unfortunately, many of the facilities did not function properly during our stay. The first week we couldn't use the washing machine due to some issues. The same was the case for the AC. The WiFi signal was super low, nearly non existent. The quality and tidiness of the blankets and bed linings really need to be upgraded. When the pillows have a brownish colour beneath the cases, it's alarming. As someone with dust allergy, I was worried of getting asthma, as the blanket provided smelled pretty bad as if it has not been washed in a long time! When we mentioned these issues, we were blamed saying that we are the only ones with complaints... It is quite unprofessional to blame the guests for the non functional equipments! All in all I am thankful that the host was flexible with the dates at the time of booking. And it is close to city centre. But sadly the place is not maintained and I booked it due to the super clean pictures.... When one has to witness the cleaning lady using the same cloth that she used to clean the floor to clean the dining table as well, one understands the core issue.
