Reviewed By SyedNKWe stayed in Standard Room (No. 204), which was right opposite to 2nd floor lift lobby as on 2nd Dec - 5th Dec 2021. Room was Compact but clean and tidy. It has a nice and huge mirror, geyser, celling fan & AC (which we did not used), TV with Set-up box, small open cupboard and with nice interiors. They have an in-house kitchen when you can order breakfast, Lunch, snacks and dinner, served as room service. You have a Provision store, Bakery, Medical store, Micro ATM retailer in close proximity of this hotel. Hotel staff, in particular the manager Janab “Arshad Karim” then Amman at front desk and Bell boys Usman & Saajan Ali were quite friendly and helpful. As a first-time visitor, the manager Janab “Arshad Karim” was help full to mobilize our stay and travel / trips around. They will arrange e-Rickshaw for your local move around transport as no other vehicle reaches the narrow lanes. They also made arrangement for a cab pick-up and drop to Jaipur Airport. During our stay they were not accepting Card payment arrangement. Janab “Sahibzada Haji Syed Abdul Waali Jamali” Saheb, the hotel owner was very helpful in guiding and assimilating around the darbar premises. He himself escorted us for dargah, get to know the way back to hotel, gave tips on “not to carry cash, occasions when not to where slipper while visiting darbar, help not to get into honey traps in and around dargah”, etc. At times, the streetlight was not working, and it was pitch black to walk through the lane and you might have to walk along the dark street to reach hotel from Dargah at late night after 8PM or early morning like 6:00AM Though, most of the time you offer namaz in masjid in Dargah’s premises, there is no space to offer namaz in room just in case. Would like to thank them for: 1. Providing extra pillows on request, room cleaning. 2. Itinerary Print-out. 3. Helping with cash withdrawal from nearby retailer through Micro ATM Good to have: • Doormat at Main door. • Wall Clock • Toilet paper • Card payment.

The owner Mr. Abhishek Jain as well as the staff - Naval, Rajesh, Bunty and Suraj - are very kind and welcoming! Their hospitality and service towards their guests is top notch! They make you feel at home! Very warm, friendly and always smiling - their overall attitude towards their guest and towards their job is amazing! They are all hardworking and make sure your stay is hassle free and easy! Always ready and willing to accommodate your requests and serve you! I stayed in the dormitory and realised rather experienced that they make no distinction in their service at all towards their guests! Very pleased with the overall experience I had! The hotel itself is well maintained, clean and they ensure high standards are maintained at all times! I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay here whenever they are in Ajmer! Conveniently located right opposite Ajmer Junction and reasonably priced! One cannot ever ask for more! :)

I have seen the worst service ever in the world in this restaurant. We ordered 4 starters and some drinks to begin with. We got the drinks within 10 minutes but it took them around half an hour to bring starters and that too only three. By that time the cold drinks were not cold anymore. We asked for the fourth starter which the waiter seemed to have forgotten. We got it 15 minutes later. For a Cheese Quesadilla they had out some sauteed vegetable in a missi roti and microwaved it. Pathetic. We had ordered the main course along with the starters but asked the waiter to server the main course few minutes after the starters are served. However, the main course did not arrive for 40 minutes after we had finished the starters. It was really it and we asked the waiter to take us to the chef to show us what was taking so long to cook the food. As soon as started calling out the manager and demanding to talk to the chef directly, they served the food. We entered the restaurant at around 9 PM and left at 11:30 PM. We had an 8 month old baby with us and it became extra difficult for us. We just wanted to go to a restaurant for a nice quiet meal and come back home in 1-1.5 hours. That's not unreasonable in a small city like Ajmer. This was our first time in this restaurant and we had high hopes. But after such a terrible experience, I will never set foot in this restaurant again. When we were leaving, the manager said that the delay was because the staff was shorthanded and their main kitchen was closed because the chef was not there. He asked us to call him personally in advance the next time so that he can provide some discount in our next bill. But after the sour experience we had the first time, I would never recommend anyone to go there, let alone go there myself.

The hotel itself feels run down, the included breakfast is somewhat meager and was always served in my room. The restaurant seems not to used. The room itself however was fine.

Reviewed By MilanittalSmall property with lift but rooms are clean and nice. The toilets are also modern and clean. The airconditioning was perfect. The best part was the cooperative staff at the reception who never sid not to anything. They even allowed me late check out without any charge. Will definately come again

Reviewed By MalabS1It was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The bed-sheets and pillows were smelly. The water tap was broken. The rooms were shabby too. Food quality was poor. The location is not bad. Located centrally with a Reliance Fresh Super-Market store just on the ground floor.
