Reviewed By tomera549First of all, Koh Phi Phi is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen, hands down. On top of that we got to enjoy it at SAii which is absolutely breathtaking. The staff is warm and pleasant, always with a smile. The pools are perfect, especially the “Fun pool” Marine center is one of the better ones I’ve seen in Thailand. Of all the places we got to see in Thailand, this is the one we will definitely be coming back to for the next time, with longer staying period. ❤️

And, I feel exactly the same…one of the best hotel/resorts I have stayed in ever. I still think about the breakfast buffet, it was unbelievably good! Waking up there those 8 mornings were magical. Making coffee and reading a book on our deck while the sun rises, then taking zoom meetings on the beach really eases you into your day. Have to mention the barefootness, was a real disappointment to wear shoes again after we left. Also loved the no plastic bottles thing, the staff, the spa, even the bugs…well, except the mosquitoes of course. ps. should mention the bugs were outside, not in our room.

The rooms are a little dated but so what, the beach, reef and location make up for it! There is a reef just off the beach where you can snorkel with many types of fish, sea slugs, urchins and reef sharks. Happy hour and the fire show is great. Also check out the restaurant at Paradise Pearl Resort at the other end of the beach, nice food and amazing lunch and sunset views. There is a cool jungle walk to Tonsai too, along lovely coves and beaches, this takes about 45 minutes.

Reviewed By 879kristinarWhen we arrive just feels like Maldives Bech incredible sand white and soft Romms it's OK, sunset bar it's amazing views OMG Breakfast can be much better but it's ok Staff can be more organised and understands English becouse if not locals we can miss our Ferry from pier we have to go and get quickly boat, they tell us what they have already booked for us which time I'll sed but when we come they said boat fully booked. its OK that we can go to locals and they transfers us and it's cheaper But I recommend this hotel definitely to see most beautiful beaches in the Phi Phi

Nice hotel good infrastructure

First 2 nights we spend in a basic room which was below any basic standards: dirty walls, ac was not working properly and when it worked somehow made the floor wet which made my wife almost slip on it, beside of that, the room is very small and doesn't have a dor, they have a slide see through glass. After the 3rd night we paid an upgrade and got a bigger room. The second room was very nice, big, with sea view but the only negative point would be the shower, very difficult to adjust the water temperature. Overall it was a positive experience. Infrastructure of the hotel quite good considering that we are at Koh phiphi. I would recommend the hotel but don t book the basic cheap room.

Naturally isolated and Beatiful
Reviewed By jamiea902The most isolated and naturally beautiful resort I’ve stayed. It’s Only accessible on foot or taxi boat. Organise your transfer with the hotel as its only 350bht pp, we didn’t and it was double that. All bungalows have views of the sea, Wi-Fi , showers and flushing toilets which is amazing due to its isolation. The food and drinks were tasty and good value. All of the the staff were excellent and friendly. Special mention to Yodchai who was our barman He was very friendly and a very nice helpful guy and the lady in charge who was caring enough to put balm on my friends skin condition without request, she was a very nice lady. Will 100% stay again.

Reviewed By Pinki24While the concept of this place was great, there are a few things that really let it down. The person who designed the beautiful huts did not have travellors in mind as there is just no space for suitcases without tripping over them in the room. The reception staff were unfriendly compared to the Thai standard. But the worst part about this hotel which is no fault of their own is the noise at night. Every night the music is turned on so loudly down the beach that you cannot sleep peacefully until 2am when they stop. What makes it worse is that there is not one beat, there are competing loud music beats which attack the senses. I could tune one beat out if I had to, but the multiple beats from different locations is just too much. I hate giving a bad rap and maybe other rooms may not be as bad, but I doubt it.

Not the quality we hoped or expected
Reviewed By JameseShawWe visited as a couple at the end of May for 2 nights, staying in a Pool Access Villa. If you are a couple looking for a romantic little hideaway on the beachfront (which is what we thought we were getting based on the pictures) this place is not for you! The Villa itself has great potential, it’s a lovely design and a great space, overlooking the north facing bay of Phi Phi. Sadly, it’s right next to the hotel bar and another nightclub is less than 100m away on the beach - music from both can be heard clearly long into the night. Villa 09 (which was ours) is also right along the walkway and we were awoken at night several times by voices. Sadly, the level of cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. While we understand Thailand and Phi Phi are still recovering from COVID effects on tourism, and do not by any means expect everything to be spotless, on arrival we found a cigarette butt on the window ledge in the shower (neither of us smoke) and dirt from previous occupant’s shoes all over the entire apartment. The sinks, doors and mirrors also clearly hadn’t been touched at all. The most alarming part was the back door on to the patio / pool area that appeared to lock, but would actually still open with the lightest of efforts as the lock is faulty which left us very worried. The resort is not signposted well when walking through the town from the Pier and all of the outside walkways, while characteristic with palm leaves dangling down, are either not lit or very poorly lit at night which makes for an uncomfortable journey back to the room. Completely appreciate Phi Phi is increasingly a party island but given the way the resort is advertised and the price we paid, we expected a lot more.

The facilities include a Spa, Gym, Cafe and the largest private swimming pool in the Ton Sai Bay area. Officially 2 star but looks like 4 star, especially the new rooms.

Got shop on site restaurant on beach, lovely swimming pool right on beach.. rooms fairly comfy.. they come collect your luggage from the pier. About 7 minuete walk from pier up and down hill, on un even streets. staff very friendly.. only negative bathroom bit open so mosquito can get in and through door to bathroom into your room. Pleasant stay
