Nice experience, good staff, property and food options need improvement

The staff is very courteous and helpful but the room furniture and more seafood options were a couple of areas where there needs to be a major improvement. No point in visiting Alibaug and not getting the seafood variety. The food spread was otherwise good but that is something that was similar to one we get in other buffet places in Mumbai. We later repented buying the dinner package along with the room as we could have explored seafood options for dinner outside the resort.

Overall very bad experience and would not suggest this place to stay.
Reviewed By Traveler12319568327Had a terrible stay experience. Rooms were old, bathroom was not clean enough, there was no cleanliness around the room, swimming pool was not clean, called for room service many time and they came at 5 pm for cleaning, breakfast was terrible with very few items.

Great location, good chalet family rooms, but staff a bit inefficient
Reviewed By 648pritipLocation is less than a minute's walk away from the beach. Family chalet rooms are big and spacious but not very clean. Rooms have a fridge, tv and kettle so that was nice. Bathrooms are dirty and stinky, probably cuz the staff doesn't maintain them at all. If maintained, the place would feel even better. One can see the lack of effort in keeping things clean. Food is extremely spicy. People are nice but need some training in hospitality and cleanliness. A little more effort to atleast maintain the property for their own sake. Not as big as it may appear in photos.

Reviewed By AJNGOAworth every minutes stay. staff was very polite. food was excellent. the owner himself supervised the days running. Only hitch is our room ac wasnt working and we dodnt get hot water. The owner was ready to give us a refund but we didnt accept as we were touch with the hospitality.

Memorable family trip
Reviewed By Hemant PWe all from the office went to Anand Agro resort alongwith our family. The place was so mesmerizing that we all fall in love with this place. Place is little far from Kashid Beach, however the resort is so amazing that the distance from sea is made up by the atmosphere of the resort. The rooms are very spacious, clean and have all basic amenities. The staff here is very courteous and took good care of all of us. Mr. Akbar himself was there to take care of us. They also arranged a special DJ for our group. Special thanks to Ms. Prachi who arranged all the things at a short notice. The swimming pool was very clean and properly maintained. The food was very tasty and had great variety. All in all a very good experience and memorable trip. Thank you team for the awesome hospitality. Will definitely recommend Anand Agro Resort to everyone.

For upper floor rooms, it has open bathroom and in other open bathtub Really wonderful experience to have bath under open sky Food Really appreciate the menu planning . It was delicious and satisfying Thanks all FB team Prathamesh Akshay Harshal Priyanka Manasi Ramila Pritam the FB manager Chef Hitesh and new chef who prepared sumptuous Thai curry Just one complain please use fresh fish Fun Only swimming pool and gazebo The resort lacks in this department , as kihim doesnot offer to much as a experience the fun house team should innovate in games and other fun by calling guests to involve themselves They only place activity name but nothing happened in my stay for 2 days That is boring Overall the feel and vibes was God

Only complimentary breakfast is served. Pool. Wasn't clean. The resort staff at reception is very rude. Not at all coperative, They didn't help us in arranging decoration for bachelor party.
