Zirahuen Forest & Resort is a touristic complex of cabins, located in the astounding forests that surround the majestic Lake Zirahuen. The resort offers a breath taking view of the lake, which is a 40 minute drive from Morelia by highway.The services that Zirahuen Forest & Resort includes are: Lodging, Restaurants, Adventure Park, Conventions and Social Events.• Lodging: different types of cabins distributed in 3 zones: Zirahuen, Alpinas and Orquideas.All the cabins have a living room with chimney, a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, stove and cookware. Simple charming wooden bungalow huts to enjoy the lake and the forest
Reviewed By ErikPlaisierThis place has 3 locations: one hotel and bungalow site in the village center of Zirahuén, another one 20 min out of the village, and a restaurant in the middle. All 3 locations are on the shore of the Zirahuen lake. We stayed in one of the wooden bungalow huts at the “Alpina” site 20 minutes from the village and had a wonderful relaxing time. Service is friendly, the wooden bungalow huts are simple but have all the amenities you need for a stay in nature, and are very charming. The site offers all kinds of activities, including horseback riding, a zipline, and rents out kayaks and rowing boats. The views of the lake are wonderful.

Peaceful, beautiful retreat
Reviewed By glenn80526Lovely quiet beautiful place( i don't want to call it a hotel, more like a retreat). Large beautiful grounds with some sheep and dear, very nice swimming pool, and it is nestled away from any busy roads or traffic. Recommend ubee into town, the hotel restaurant did not have very good food- in this small town probably best not to try to go to any fancy restaurants, but just try to find a local popular place.

It is a small but beautiful Hotel Campestre located east of Uruapan, Mich. just 8 minutes from the city, surrounded by avocado orchards and pine trees. It is excellent for rest from the noise and wake up watching the surrounding nature. Ideal for family vacation where you can enjoy some delicious roast done in the orchard, and tinkering with the children in the wading pool as well as children's games.

Reviewed By ceciliasepulvedaI stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, stocked with coffee, coffee machine, water, own bathroom, and tv. Our view of the green mountains and perfect sunset was just magical. I recommend this place!. Free Breakfast!! Estuve aqui 3 noches y me encanto! Los cuartos son amplios, tienen cafetera, cafe, agua, propio baño, y tele. La vista de nuestro cuarto era bella. El cerro verde y el sol que se esconde tras de ellas. Recomendo este lugar! Desayuno gratis!

Experiencia en un retiro de grupo
Reviewed By Leticia AAsistimos a un taller de desarrollo humano y nos sorprendieron con un lugar hermoso con mucho verdor y cascadas en su interior. El salón donde trabajamos es impresionante de lindo con un techo en cúpula. Nos dieron de comer en forma muy abundante y muy sabrosa. Las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y serviciales. Las habitaciones son rústicas pero bonitas y limpias. El tipo de construcción es muy especial ya que tiene muchas cúpulas, arcos y ventanas redondas. Lo que mas nos gusto fue la privacidad ya que solo se atiende un grupo a la vez y no había personas ajenas a nuestro grupo. Como esta retirado del mundanal ruido en las noches disfrutamos del silencio del campo con sonidos de grillos y ranas, veíamos luciérnagas y pudimos ver las estrellas !!! Hasta la vía láctea ....!!! No había televisiones, ni Wi Fi ni modernidad alguna..... Fue un encuentro con la plenitud de la naturaleza..... Además de que el taller fue buenísimo gracias a los organizadores, el lugar Nos dejo un buen sabor....

Increible y hermoso
Reviewed By Extraordinary786618Me encanta, excelente opción para el fin de semana con la familia o con los amigos. Salir de la rutina de la ciudad y venir a relajarse con el sonido del río que corre a orillas del rancho, andar en cuatrimoto o bicicleta, montar a caballo, Hay de todo, hasta una tirolesa de más de 200 m de largo. Ya he venido varias veces con mi familia y a mis hijos les encanta.
