Really happy we stayed here
Reviewed By travelin_tommyMy wife and I spent three nights here. Although we had been in the general Barolo area a few times before, this was the first time in Novello. If you like peace and quiet with friendly inhabitants, this is the place. In particular, we enjoyed our stay at L’Angolo di Rosina very much. The staff are super-friendly and helpful – mostly that means the manager, who seems to do a million different jobs efficiently. The room was clean, sufficiently large, and comfortable. It was nice to enjoy some quiet time on the terrace. Although our room was above the outside dining area, the noise died off by 11 PM. Breakfast is definitely better than what one commonly gets in Italy, where most people seem to care little about breakfast. When we are back in this area, I will definitely try to stay here again.

A great place to remember
Reviewed By weltenbummler07There are places in life you will remember for good. Casa Bardacchino is one of those. Friendly hosts, great hospitality, a clean room, great breakfast, above all an outstanding location. We enjoyed local breakfast treats on the terrace overlooking the vineyards, a memorable experience. We spent a wonderful night in CB, unfortunately missed out to try the food and wines. This experience we will keep for our next stay. We will for sure be back. Thank you for a memorable experience of hospitality.

Good stay with a splendid view!
Reviewed By Jacqueline54321The appartment is simple, clean en quiet with a splendid view. Towels etc. were changed offently. You can sit surrounded with flowers on the farm or on the balcony. A nice breakfast was served every morning, with homemade cake etc. The farm is just outside the little village with only a very good and osteria/pizzeria and no shops. The nearest shops are 10 min drive. The apartment is situated a 25 min drive from Alba a nice little city. The farm is in the middle of a spectacular area, nice little villages in the hills and the best wineyards of Italy. The owner is very helpfull en the atmotpher at the farm is nice.

Nine double rooms are reminiscent of the flowers and are furnished differently, with elegant late 19th century furniture. In one of the rooms we can provide a cot for small children. Guests are given a badge to open their rooms and the entrance gate. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor to facilitate access for guests with limited mobility.You can enjoy the restaurant, terrace, meetings room, and open-air swimming pool.

Nothing is an issue and Arianna loves to make you as many caffees as you like. The rooms are clean, the views amazing and the delicious food for breakfast and dinner, we will be definitely coming back and staying longer!

La Torricella is located in Monforte d'Alba. Its privileged position allows you to have a remarkable panoramic view of the Langhe. Surrounded by its own vineyards, with production of Diego Pressenda wines, it offers 8 rooms for overnight stays with breakfast and outdoor pool. It also offers a restaurant with a traditional menu combined with production wines open for dinner and lunch only on Saturdays and Sundays, with summer dehor. The visits to the winery with wine tasting and wellness programs in the new winery spa Ampelo with sauna, turkish bath, whirlpool and vinotherapy combined with wellness products with grape extracts.
Great rooms but difficult to get contact with personnel
Reviewed By Marghita VWe liked very much our room and the beds were comfortable, but it was really difficult to get contact with the personnel. We had for example reserved a wine tasting with Oscar, one of the owners, but when we were supposed to have the tasting no one never came to the reception even if we waited for 30 minutes. Always if you had something you wanted help with, you couldn't find anyone to ask. Once we needed to check our dinner reservation and one of the waiters answered that the person that knew something about the reservations was planning a wedding at the back in the kitchen so she don't have time to help us. The food at the restaurant was good and we loved the desserts and the wines. During the dinners the customer service was nice and good. The place is clean and nice but they could improve the customer service outside the restaurant. The place is a bit more like a hotel than a agriturismo because they miss the personal and welcoming feeling at the place.

Great Hospitality in a beautiful place 20 min. from Alba

We felt like invited by friends, starting with free coffee and cake at our arrival, a wide selection and recommendation of restaurants for dinner, calling three of the restaurants we chose until they finally could reserve a table for us for the same evening and a selection of three digestifs prepared for us when we came back at night. Although we slept too long, they still prepared a great breakfast and gave us some recommendations for a walk until noon and some more places to go in Neive where we stopped on the way back. Dear both, many thanks again for your great hospitality! We will come back!

That was actually a nice surprise to us.. The apartments are fully equiped with kitchen utensils, so you can easily cook you own food. Well the atmosphere here is quite uniqe, no noice, only 5 apartments, no running for sunbeds by the pool. If you're looking for a place to really get away from your hectic workdays, this is certainly a place to visit. Placed on the top of a small hill you will get somespetacular views of the mondforte area. Every evening you can sit down and enjoy the sunset over Monforte. During the daytime just sit back and look out over the hills.. You'll nevetr get tired of that...

The Agriturismo consists of four double rooms with private bathroom. The rooms are simple but elegant, all in a typical Piedmontese style. The breakfast room is also employed for the wine tastings. We serve an abundant breakfast, with sweets, fresh bread, milk, coffee, cold cuts and cheese. In the summer, we also serve breakfast in the garden, in the shade of a majestic weeping willow. The Agriturismo Ballarin is an excellent solution for those who want a vacation in the countryside and wish to be immersed in the atmpsphere of a traditional farmhouse of the Langhe region. During any season, the guests will be able to observe and participate in our operations in the vineyards. In the spring and summer they can see how we work in the vineyards and in the fall they can take part in the harvest. They will be able to see and enjoy directly the grapes that will become Barolo wine, as well as picking the grapes themselves. Our guests can park in our private internal courtyard. Our guests are welcome to experience the wine-making process and, thoughout their vacation, they are invited to participate in the tasting of all the wines that we produce. From the courtyard of the agriturismo you can also experience and enjoy the rural lifestyle by strolling around in these beautiful places. For those who like sports, there are numerous trails leading to the most popular Barolo vineyards. Central to the Barolo region, the agriturismo is the ideal place to stay and a starting point to visit, day after day, all the towns of the Langhe. Only a few kilometres away, you can enjoy lunch and dinner at the excellent restaurants and trattorias. Taxi service is available to take you to your favourite places.

Reviewed By Fabien CAbsolutely amazing ! Giorgio is such a good host. He is doing his best to please you ! The CAMPING itself is perfect if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place in the nature ! Beautiful view on the La Morra vineyard. The shower/toilet are always spot on. The BIG bonus is the tasting with Giorgio. The wines are really high quality and again Giorgio is a wonderful person. We were supposed to stay only 3 nights but we finally decided to stay 7 nights !!!!!
